Third person POV:

Y/n and Zach were in a secret relationship and they had been for almost a year now.
The couple love each other dearly and both would do anything for the other.
Except tell anyone about their relationship.

For a short while the couple found it exciting, the late night drives and casual dates at y/n's apartment.
However, it soon became tiring and stressful to the point where it put a strain on their relationship.

At first it wasn't too difficult to keep it a secret as y/n had her own apartment and she was friends with Zach's band mates/roommates.
But, they couldn't know when y/n and Zach were alone together because they may grow suspicious.
Zach decided not to tell the group because he didn't want to have to put them in an awkward situation where they had to lie to their management like he had to.

There were a few times where the couple almost got caught by the group.
For example, one evening Zach had the place to himself so he invited y/n over to watch a movie.
Y/n, having had a long day, decided to take a shower in his shared bathroom.
All was good until the group came back earlier than expected and Jonah caught y/n walking out of his bathroom with nothing but a towel wrapped around her body.
Jonah was confused to say the least.
But, y/n quickly came up with the excuse that her place currently had no hot water and Zach said she could take a shower there.
Jonah believed her lie and moved on but it stressed y/n out.
Ever since that night, she had made sure she was so careful to the point where she 'walks on egg shells' around the group and their house.

To the group's knowledge their friend y/n had been single since they met therefore they often tried to set her up with people.
One time, Daniel offered her a date with his younger brother, Christian.
"Come on y/n. He's single, you're single" Daniel explained.
"Chris is a great guy but I'm just not looking for a relationship now" y/n said as politely as she could.
Daniel was left confused.
He was sure that she would at least go on a date with him because y/n was the type of person to give someone a chance regardless of the situation.
But not this time.

Zach and Y/N met at the group's studio.
It was a regular day for Zach but for y/n it was a special day due to the fact that she was going to be writing a song with the famous boyband 'Why Don't We'.
She first met Jonah, Jack, Daniel and Corbyn because, as per usual, Zach was late.
She thought they were friendly and she was excited to write a song with the talented guys.
