lunch happened and aiichiro was able to buy her sandwich this time. yashiro and nana weren't able to come to school as one had to visit a relative and the other was sick. so she was alone.

after buying her drink as well, she walks to the door. the door pushed opened revealing chifuyu. "oh, chifuyu," she walk towards him. "i see you were able to buy that sandwich after awhile,"

"yea, i got out of class five minutes earlier before lunch started," she explains as she smiles smugly at her smart strategy that worked so damn well. the boy laughs softly. he says that he'll buy his lunch and told her to wait for him.

hm since baji-kun's lunchbreak is a little later. she thought before her gaze moves to the blonde boy running to her. "lets find a spot to eat, shall we?" they ended up eating on the staircase at the third floor. not alot of people walk passed that area so they just so decided to just eat their lunch there.

aiichiro ate her sandwich well, chewing onto it as if there's no tomorrow. chifuyu kept looking back at her and at his lunch, chuckling softly at her enjoying her meal.

finish with their food, they decide to hydrate themselves with the drinks they bought as well. gasping for air after every sip of water they drank. "chifuyu, i have a question," he turns his head so that his view was her. he nods while placing his bottled drink beside him.

"how does one know... if they admire someone?" she proceeds to ask him before turning her gaze to him. he blinks twice before massaging his chin with his index finger and thumb. guess he too is not good at this type of thingsー

oh! he thought as he went through a lightbulb above his head moment, he started remembering the chapters of the shoujo manga he read recently. using he knowledge of shoujo mangas, he smirks. "you ask the right person, aii-senpai," he looks at her as the girl beside him raise her eyebrows.

"you'll know it when you feel warmth whenever you are close to them. you think about them alot more than usual. your heart starts beating faster whenever you're with them. and you may turn red whenever you or they did something." he starts stating the facts of what she asked before smiling widely again at how smart he sounds.

aiichiro's eyelids lowered a little while her lips were pressed to form a straight line. she isn't sure if he was right or wrong.

"got this informations from a shoujo manga by the way," he continues smiling as he gave her a thumbs up. she sighs at his actions. but thankful enough since he answered her question with something that could be useful for some day.

she stood up and picked up her trash as she fix her skirt afterwards. the girl turns behind her to still see chifuyu sitting down. "lets walk around, im bored," she demands after groaning at how sore her butt was from sitting.

the day after that came by as aiichiro walks to school with yashiro. "is your uncle ok?" she ask with concern. the other girl smiles, nodding in the process. "still can't believe he got into an accident," she exhales loudly. "he is usually the careful type to drive on his bike,"

"i guess things happens for a reason," aiichiro replied.

as they finally reached the classroom, nana sat on a table beside yashiro's. the other two sat down on their chairs. "what about you, nana? are you doing well?" aiichiro ask her and she answered proudly with a 'yes'. the cheerful tone in her voice made aiichiro relief since nana usually never gets sick so yesterday was actually surprising.

"um aiichiro,"

"mhm?"

"i bumped into the blondie while coming up so we decided to chat a little," her mouth shaped into an 'o' but smiled after that. good thing my friends are getting along with each other. "and when i was about to come inside this room, he told me you..."
nana pause, debating whether she should really say it to aiichiro's face.

once she decided, she let out a sigh. "you like someoneー ?" she tilts her head away from viewing her friend, her eyes closed shut. aiichiro hummed, loud enough for the two of them to hear it. nana almost broke her neck from turning back to face aiichiro, their eyes wide opened.

"you are serious?!" they exclaimed as they were really shock at her response. they both know aiichiro is one of the most difficult person to like someone, but now she has feelings for that person. that really surprised them. they weren't just surprised, they were happy too. to finally see their dear friend, aiichiro, falling in love with someone for the first time ever.

but there is just one thing they need to know. who is this person and what is he like. they could help her. they need to know if he is the right one for her.

"who is this human being that you have affectionate feelings for?" yashiro asked. aiichiro only shrugged, resting her head on table using her arm for cushion.

"but im not sure if i do like him," she said while yashiro and nana looks at each other in confusion. "when did you start?" nana asked this time.

"just recently but im still not sure. its just a question if i do, and its not confirmed yet," she explains as the both of them 'ouh' in sync. the both of them kept asking her questions to help her to atleast find some clues. until the homeroom teacher comes in.

classes went well but aiichiro only stare out into space as her mind only thinks of it. baji-kun.. do i like baji-kun? she repeatedly ask herself that instead of paying attention to what her lessons were. not like she does listen to them anyways. she needs the answer sooner or later. she needs to be sure of it. thats why she decides that after school...

after school, she walks out of the building with yashiro and nana but waves them goodbye as she wants to wait for him. they walk away and left her alone, waiting near the gates.

as soon as she see the familiar figure, she taps on his shoulder lightly. baji turns around as he took off those distracting glasses. "who are you waiting for?" he asked, observing that she was alone right now.

"for you. is chifuyu with you?" she also asked a question. he shook his head. "he has detention right now," she nods slowly.

the boy turns his body to face her, removing his hair tie and hang it on his wrist. he got curious as to why she waited for him, somehow he also felt happy that she did. but that only confuses him. does she know? did she found out? no way, he just realised his feelings for her just so recently. maybe about two weeks ago.

still standing at the side of the school gates, he asks her another question. "why did you wait for me?" her eyes widened slightly before inhaling and exhaling slowly, trying not to fucked up with what she wants to say now. she opens her mouth. making baji's eyes opened wide at her sudden words.

"please go out with me, baji-kun."
