excitement filled half of her emotions as she steps into the car after putting her bag at the trunk of the car. aiichiro's father called them his driver to bring them both back to shinjuku.

as the car drove off, the girl had mixed feelings of joy and sadness. she couldn't wait to see baji-kun and her friends again but she was still not over the fact that she lost her birth mother. the woman took a glance of the girl beside her.

noticing that she had a face that shows both happy and sad expressions together. she grabs the girl's hand and grip onto it tightly. aiichiro felt the touch as her breathing soon became normal, turning around to her aunt with a reassuring smile.

hours passed by as the driver drove to their place. the girl slept during the ride without realising it. hatsuki looks out of the window, watching the people and buildings pass by. she turns and look down onto her lap then at the driver.

"can we stop by at a shopping complex for abit?" she asked nicely. the driver nodded and turn to the right, heading their way to where she told him to. as soon as they reach, the woman gently lets the girl lie down on the passenger seat while she goes out of the car. "take good care of her, i'll be back quick," he nodded again.

"wake up," she groan at the gentle nudge on the shoulder. "aiichiro," the voice of her aunt and the nudging repeats before she wakes up properly.

she looks at her surroundings, she was still in the car. but outside the car. its parked infront of their apartment building. "ah-" before she could say anything, the woman grabs her arm and pulls her out of the vehicle.

the bags were already taken out of the trunk. they wave their hands at the driver as he drove off back to osaka to cover other businesses.

the girl carries her bag and follows her aunt up to their apartment. she can't help but rub her eyes every five second. while rubbing her eyes at one time, she saw a purple bag that hatsuki was holding onto. it was rather strange since she couldn't seem to remember the both of them bringing home a purple bag.

when they enter the apartment, they settle everything down and sat down on their couch. letting out a loud gasp at the same time. "home~" aiichiro happily says as she stretches her body from one end of the couch to the other.

her eyes were slowly closing again from lying down on the bed in such a comfortable position. but her body jumped as a slap from her shoulder shook her up again. a hand place the purple bag on the small table infront of her.

"whats inside the bag?" she ask while her eyes move to the figure who was standing next to the table. "just something i thought you might like," the woman gave her niece a warm smile.

aiichiro sat up and reaches for the bag. she digs her hand inside the plastic bag to suddenly feel a round packaging against her fingers. she took it the thing out with curiosity.

the packaging was correctly guessed to be round on the edges. it had a pretty white pattern swirling across it with a light pink background. little rose patterns here and there, adding in with the vines and leaves. a really cute and gorgeous box.

"don't just stare, open it."

as her aunt told her, she gently open up the lid to see a simple light blue bracelet. it had a charm hanging onto it, a cat's face printed on it. she took the bracelet out of the packaging and admire the details. noticing there was a shimmery string of gold around the blue bracelet.

hatsuki proceeds to sit next to the girl and told her to wear it. she did and now she has both bracelets that were from her aunt dangling on her wrist. they went into a big hug as comfort for each other.

"thank you," the girl thanked her aunt as her grip tightens abit.

its been an hour since they've arrived back home and all their clothes were nicely placed back to where they used to be.

aiichiro was inside her room, on her bed. her eyes were staring at the ceiling while her right hand plays with the chains of the necklace her mother gifted to her.

she was about to go to sleep until a distraction was encountered, again. this time it wasn't her aunt though. it was her phone that was continuously buzzing beside her. she answers the call, most likely knowing who it was.

"hello?"

"come down"

a deep soft sound came from the other line, it was a whisper. she couldn't help but raise her eyebrows. "why?"

"come. down."

he repeated, this time more demanding. she got confused as to why he suddenly wants her to come down when she just reached her place like an hour ago.

"but i just-"

"just come down here"

she chuckled softly at his frustrated tone as she also heard his feet stomping loudly just from the call. "alright, im coming over," she grabs her jacket and keys. letting the aunt know before she goes out.

aiichiro walks down the stairs and to the front of the building but he wasn't in sight. maybe he's waiting at the back, she thought to herself as she walks around the building. correct, he was standing there at the back of the building.

a smile was plastered on her face as the sight of her boyfriend made her happy. she runs towards him as she waves her arms at him. when she was about to give him a hug, he moved a step back from her. making her almost fell to the ground.

"baji-kun!" she scolds before turning around to have her back face him, she folds her arms against her chest. she heard him snickering at her, making her more angry.

"im sorry," he apologises. she went to face him again. but was greeted with a warm hug from him. his heavy breathing was brushed against her ears as they turn red slightly. he continued to hold onto her tightly.

she proceeds to wrap her arms around his body tightly, gripping onto his sweater as well. "god, i miss this so much," he said, burying his head onto her shoulder. she smiles softly as she buries her face onto his chest. the both of them look at each other. faces only inches away. baji took the opportunity to make the move of kissing her but it was such a short one. she giggled and kissed him back.

"its only a week, baji-kun" he shook his head at her statement before lifting her up from the ground. the girl gasped at the sudden act as she can't feel her feet on the solid floor. he carries her higher than his height. as his face tilt up at her's, he received a small chuckle and another kiss from her. he raised a brow at her.

"a week? damn, it felt like a year,"
