baji was wearing his shoe while the girl checks her bag if she did bring everything she needed. when everything was in checked, they pat keichiro before heading out.

when they just stepped out of the apartment, the cold wind from last night's heavy rain immediately blow passed their skin as she shivered. the girl quickly went back inside to grab her jacket.

as they walk down the stairway and reach the ground floor, aiichiro noticed that there wasn't any motorbikes that look like baji's. she looks at the boy who only walked forward and out of the apartment building territory.

"we're walking?" she asked, catching up to him and now walking side by side. he nodded before opening his mouth to say something.

"to the park." he said as his hand smoothly grabs her own and intertwine their fingers.

they finally arrived at their destination. baji told her to wait for abit as he ran off to god knows where. soon he came back with a bike. she gave a confused look as to why he rented one.

the boy didn't say a word as he just mounted on the bike and turned around, patting the metal seat behind his. she stood there for two seconds before walking to him and sit on the metal seat.

when they were all ready, he starts paddling along the tracks specifically for bikes.

while riding along in the park, aiichiro caught so many wonderful scenery. the trees rustling side to sidd as the wind blow pass the leaves, causing some to fall off to the ground.

they soon reach a side walk near the beach, as she felt the cold sea breeze hitting her skin.

"thank god i bring my jacket along." she said, relieved. she took her flip phone out from her bag as she turn it on and immediately open the camera on her phone.

the girl proceeds taking a few photos of the sea view. she had an idea in mind to take a few pictures with baji. so she grabbed baji's shoulder and stood up.

"oi you're gonna fall if you're gonna stand like that." he said as he was leaned back a little. she place her phone infront of the both of them as she pressed the button to take the photo and quickly went back to sitting down as soon as she got it.

he sighed in relief, knowing she went back to sit down again. the girl checked the photo with a smile on her face. but was quickly turned to a frown, sighing when she sees the photo was blurred.

they stopped close to a line of food stalls. aiichiro couldn't wait to feast on those yummy snacks. she rushed off to the first stall that caught her eyes. baji quickly catched up to her as she ran off by herself.

"dango~" she said, drooling over the delicious view of those dumplings. she bought two and immediately chomp on one already. as she chew on her first bite, savoring every bit of it, she noticed that baji wasn't close to her. but the boy was buying other snacks for them both.

they stopped by at a bench not too far as they feast on those snacks they bought.

"baji-kun, do you have any water?" she asked, realising that her bottle was empty. he nodded before passing her his own bottled drink.

their date ended in the afternoon as they walk back home. the two enjoys each other's company, fingers intertwined and chatting about many things.

"you know, i still haven't told my father about you." she said as they were getting closer to the building.

both of them were about to head upstairs to the apartment but was stopped when a familiar male voice called for her.

"aiichiro," he said. the girl smiled at the view of her father as she turned her heels and walked towards him. she dragged baji along as well, thinking this could finally be the time to introduce him to her father.

the man stood there with a smile on his face as he sees his daughter approaching her. but as soon as his eyes landed on the boy behind her, his smile faded.

"who is this?" he asked her, trying to find the gentle tone in his voice. she turned to baji and back to her father.

"father, this is baji-kun." she answered, nudging baji by the elbow. he bowed ninety degree. "its baji keisuke, sir." he introduced himself, sweating dripping down his neck as he feels the eyes of the older male piercing through him.

the man glanced at his daughter. "you are a delinquent, am i right?" he asked again, scanning the boy infront of him from top to bottom.

baji nodded, scratching the back of his neck as he gets more nervous. her father only kept quiet while still looking at the younger male with a judgmental face. aiichiro didn't like the silence as she tries to break it.

"let's go up and talk, yeah?" she said, turning baji and herself around, pushing him forward. she expected her father to follow but he only stopped her as the following words that came right out of his mouth.

"what a nuisance, are you trying to give a horrid image to our family name?"

aiichiro looked at her father again. "w- what?" she can't deny that she was a little lost in this situation, standing there frozen in place.

"what if the people in the city sees you walking around, holding hands with a delinquent? that would just make us look absolutely badー"

"but father, he isn't those types. i assure you, he is different," she spoke up with all the courage she could gather up inside. her eyebrows furrowed down, anger starting to bottle up inside her.

the older male only looks at her, eyes with no emotion. a face unable to read what he was feelings. he place his hands behind him, holding onto each other as his eyes kept looking at her and to the boy beside her.

"i demand you to break up with him now. i must see it for myself." he said and he was dead serious about it. she clenched her fist, biting her lower lip a little.

"you can't just come into my life and command me to do things. we barely know each other. consider trying to know how baji-kun is actually like." she spit back.

"also, kaka told me you were once a delinquent yourself. i heard mother's father accepted you with opened arms, i don't see why you couldn't do that too." she continued.

her father sighed. he gave one last look at them before hopping back into his car. the window slide down, revealing his unreadable face.

"do whatever you want, either way you're going to take over the business one day.. and he must be there to help you." with those words, he started the engine and drove off home, probably.

aiichiro's eyes followed the way his car was going and when it was gone from eye shot, she fell on her knees as she pants. baji held her with his arms, trying to calm her down. she clenched her fist, punching the cement floor hard as he grabs her hand before she could do it again.

"lets just goー"

"oh god, that was.. scary" she whispered, slapping her palm on her forehead realizing what just happened.

they eventually went back into the apartment.
