Chapter 47 Thomas Shelby

"Who's with Alfie?" Y/n mumbled moving towards Ollie.

"Thomas Shelby from Birmingham, wants to make a deal offer men" Ollie mumbled walked them speak as Alfie raised his gun.

"Is he talking about the cabinet?" Y/n said confused watching his lips.

"Most likely, what are you doing here?" Ollie asked looking up at her with a smile.

"Bloody bored, went to a pub got drunk, woke up at Alfie's on his couch and now I'm here" Y/n said with a smile hearing Ollie laugh.

"That guys nose is bleeding" Y/n said softly looking at Mr Shelby who continued to stare at Alfie.

"Yeah, got beat up by Sabini and his men" Ollie said softly.

"Take it that's why he's here?" Y/n asked picking up a bottle from Ollie's desk who nodded.

"He's dropped the gun, that's a first" Y/n mumbled sitting down until she heard Alfie call for her loudly.

"Oh hello love!" Alfie said.

"Hi Alf, brought You and Ollie some lunch" Y/n said softly.

"Oh well that's lovely isn't it, so sweet oh ye" Alfie said Y/n smiled sitting down.

"Well Y/n this is Thomas Shelby from Birmingham, Leader of the Peaky Blinders lot" Alfie said Y/n nodded shaking Mr Shelby's hand.

"Heard much about you, what have you got for me?" Y/n asked looking back at Alfie he handed her a file and she quickly began going through it as Alfie and Mr Shelby spoke.

"This amazing women here is Y/n L/n she is my little spy" Alfie said making Y/n stand up and shake her head lighting her cigarette.

"I'm not a spy Alfie, I go where the money and secrets are, fortunately for dear Alfie Solomon's I actually like him" Y/n said Alfie smiled kissing Y/n's hand.

"So what do you do?" Mr Shelby asked for the first time she had entered the room she looked at him, his face covered in bruises, his right eyes with a red circle round the blue part, she smiled feeling her chest heat up.

"I find out things about people, as well as finding people, I take clients enemies down from the inside, or if a client needs a beautiful girl on their arm" Y/n said grabbing Tommy's whisky glass she drank it down moving towards Alfie's desk she took his pencil going through the folder.

"I'll get this back to you later, Mr Shelby I'm sure we will be meeting again very soon. You should hurry to catch Ada before she gets to work, hope she likes the new house." Y/n said Mr Shelby immediately looked up at her wide eyed as Alfie clapped his hands.

"That's my girl!" Alfie said making Y/n shake her head with a laugh.

"So you are helping Mr Solomon's with Sabini?" Mr Shelby asked.

"Secrets are earned Mr Shelby" Y/n said bowing her head she walked out leaving the two men starstruck.

"Oh she is something else" Alfie said clapping his hands, Thomas's gaze followed her until she was out of sight.

Y/n gripped her bag and file moving down the streets it had been a tiring day thanks to Alfie who handed her file after file trying to get anything on Sabini but due to him keeping his contacts very very close at hand she knew Alfie was going to have to pay more so she could go on the inside.

Y/n turned down an alley way waiting as she heard significant footsteps hurrying through the usual crowd in London.

Y/n reached out her hand meeting a chest and pulled him down the alley until they were hidden.
