"Hi Sam" Y/n mumbled walking in through the bunker door.

"Hey Y/n you alright?" Sam asked moving towards her once she got downstairs, she nodded as he hugged her, placing his chin on her head.

"What's the matter?" Sam asked.

"Bad hunt...I'm gonna go get some sleep" Y/n mumbled Sam pulled her in for another hug watching her go.

"Was that Y/n?" Castiel asked walking beside Dean.

"Yeah...bad hunt" Sam said softly Dean quickly moved towards the corridor hearing the shower running along with light crying he knew she needed her space.

Dean walked back towards Sam and Castiel.

"Have we got any bacon I'll make her a sandwich" Dean said softly.

"Yes fridge bottom shelf also picked up some cupcakes" Castiel said.

"Thanks" Dean said patting his shoulder he moved towards the fridge.

Dean quickly began cooking making her a bacon, cheese and egg sandwich, a cupcake was placed on top of the sandwich and he walked down the hall two beers in hand.

"Sweetheart?" Dean asked pushing the door open with his foot he saw Y/n curled up in bed wrapped in his jumper and blanket.

"Sweetheart?" Dean asked again moving towards her only hearing a sniffle she slowly looked up.

"Made us some food" Dean said softly she nodded pushing herself up, Y/n sat back laying her head on the headboard she moved over so Dean could sit beside her.

"You're freezing" Dean mumbled after placing the beers down he pulled her closer as she placed her head on his shoulder.

"Want to eat or talk about what happened?" Dean asked.

"Eat" she said softly he nodded kissing the top of her head.

"Just be careful the eggs runny" Dean warned Y/n smiled and straightened up beginning to eat enjoying the cupcake last.

"I was fine you know I was doing fine, had everything planned until I got into the house...the ghosts were so powerful once those doors shut Dean then I heard some kids so I went looking for them you know?" Y/n said Dean nodded placing his arm round her back.

"I didn't get to them in time, I turned the corner 4 kids all dead" Y/n whispered.

"I managed to get rid of the main ghost found his body hidden in the walls of the smaller bedroom along with his family" Y/n said wiping her tears away.

"What happened with the kids?" Dean asked.

"I contacted the police and then had to salt and burn the bodies in the house it went up in flames so the bodies will still be there at least" Y/n said wiping her tears again.

"It's okay" Dean whispered kissing her head as she curled into him, Dean rubbed her back as she broke down crying.

"Do you ever feel like you can't do this job D?" Y/n asked.

"Of course Sweetheart but then I remember all the people we've helped" Dean said softly she nodded slowly sitting up she hunched forward tired.

"Try get some sleep" Dean said softly rubbing her back.

"I just can't sleep...I tried" Y/n mumbled.

"I wasn't in here when you tried now lay back down let's get you warm" Dean said standing up he moved towards his cupboard grabbing another two blankets he placed them over her and then pulled on his shirt getting in beside her he held her to his chest she soon began warming up resting her head on his arm as he brushed her hair back with his fingers behind her ear.

"You're alright" Dean whispered kissing her forehead.

"Just stay with me" she mumbled placing her face in his neck breathing deep she relaxed against him soon hearing her snores her body dead against him.

Dean looked up as the door opened.

"Is she out?" Sam asked softly.

"Yeah she's out" Dean whispered not wanting to wake her.

"I found her hunt...4 kids dead" Sam mumbled worry in his eyes.

"She told me...we're gonna need to keep a close eye on her" Dean said Sam nodded running his hand down his face.

"I'm gonna go clean her car and get all her clothes and bags in" Sam said standing up again.

"I'll stay here make sure she stays asleep" Dean said softly, Sam nodded rubbing Y/n's small hand he walked out.

Dean looked down at Y/n again and relaxed against her slowly falling asleep.
