Chapter 10 : Forever together

1 month had passed since, Dazai never asked why Mori put the notebook in the drawer of the desk and Chuuya never knew what happened to Liam. But Chuuya really didn't care, he was so excited for his new mission because Mori had decided to send him to Paris and he couldn't wait to leave. But at the same time he was sad to have to leave without Dazai...

Since he was taking the plane the next day, Chuuya has a day off to prepare so he decided to take the opportunity to be with his partner before he leaves for a long time.

"hey Dazai whatcha doing today?" he asked when Dazai finally came to the living room still half asleep

" Good Morning love. Yes i slept well, what about you?... " Said Dazai rolling his eyes annoyed.

"L-Love?? What the hell Dazai!? " replied the ginger with a burning face and Dazai sighed.

"nevermind... " he said while going to sit on the couch next to his confused and blushing partner.

"whatever ... So you have some important things to do today? " he asked, looking away from him hoping that Dazai would say no.

"Yes i do have some really important business" replied the brunet while breaking Chuuya's hopes.

"oh i see... " he said disappointed while looking down and Dazai smiled.

"Huh you didn't even ask what it was... Then ill tell you anyway!" he said with a pouting expression and Chuuya looked at him confused.

"Since my dear partner is leaving me... I will spend his last hours here with me to annoy him as much as i can!" said osamu proundly and Chuuya glared at him.

" Ha?! There is no way im wasting my precious time to stay with you!! " he said and kicked Dazai off the couch

"Ouch~ So rude Chuchu... And i know that you want to spend your "precious time" with me" said the brunette with a smirk.

"I don't." he said obviously while lying.

"Liar! You do cause you love me!" shouted Dazai with an innocent smile and Chuuya became all red again.

" I don't love you you idiot!!! "shouted back Chuuya with a burning face.

"Oh really?" asked Dazai with a smirk as he stood up and walked toward Chuuya.

"Yes really- W-What are you doing Da-" Chuuya didn't have time to finish his sentence as Dazai pushed him against the sofa in a lying position with his hands on both sides of Chuuya's head in a way he couldn't escape.

"If you don't love me yet then i'll make you fall in love with me ~" he said with a seductive voice his face a few inches away from the ginger's. Chuuya's face became completly red as he holded his breath

"Y-You're too close!" Chuuya said trying to push Dazai's face away but the brunette grabbed his hands and put them over his head.

"Oh come on chibi ~ Don't be shy," Dazai said as he approached Chuuya's face. Chuuya kicked Dazai in the stomach and the brunette fell off the sofa putting his hand on his stomach.

"Ch-Chuuya!  it hurts! "he whined as Chuuya stood up.

"Sorry not sorry" said the ginger looking at Dazai annoyed.

"Hey Chuuya let's go on a date!" said Dazai while standing up.

"Wh-What? Why?" asked Chuuya while blushing

"You're really so dumb... we wont we each other for a while so let's spend the day together" replied Dazai with a smile. Chuuya seemed to think for a while then sighed.

"Alright, go get ready, we're leaving in 15 minutes," he said and walked over to his room to get dressed. Dazai went to his room happily and 15 minutes later they where both ready to leave.

"So where are we going?" asked Chuuya as they went out of the apartment.

"Let's go eat somewhere" Said Dazai with a smile and Chuuya nodded. They went to the coffee shot that wasn't too far from where they were. After that, they visited places they have never been to and went to arcades to play games. Night began to fall as the two partners strolled through the streets.

"Hey Chuuya" called Dazai and the ginger looked at him.

"Let's take a picture" he said with an innocent smile.

"Ha? Of what?" asked Chuuya and Dazai sighed.

"Stupid Chuuya, of us of course" said the brunet.

"Im not stupid! and why do you want some stupid picture suddenly ?"

"Because I'm going to miss seeing your stupidly cute face ~" Dazai said with a smile as Chuuya stared at him annoyed.

"Whatever..." said Chuuya and Dazai took of his phone and they took the selfie.

"Uh... You could smile at least" said Dazai looking at the picture and Chuuya rolled his eyes.

"Hey Dazai" called Chuuya and the brunet looked at his partner while putting his phone back in his pocket.

"Yes?" he asked with a smile.

"Can you... promise me something?" asked the ginger while looking away a little embarrassed.

"What is it?" asked Dazai still smiling.

"Promise me we'll always be together!"  Chuuya said blushing.  Dazai looked at him surprised then burst out laughing

"H-Hey! Don't laugh!"  said Chuuya and gently knocked his head.

"Sorry, of course i promise you, we will be forever together ~" he said with a smile and went to hug Chuuya.

"L-Let's go back im tired" said the ginger blushing even more, Dazai nodded and they went back to their apartment.

The next day Dazai accompanied Chuuya to the airport, they said goodbye to each other and Chuuya left.
Dazai was looking forward for Chuuya to come back while working alone - no he was not working at all ...

*2 month later*

Chuuya finally returned from his mission in France, but Dazai was not waiting for him at the airport... Chuuya was a little pissed off and vowed to yell at Dazai when he gets to the apartment.
But when he got to the apartment, Dazai wasn't there, he looked at the table where was the picture of them from their last date was and also a note.
Chuuya took the piece of paper and read what was on it.

"Im leaving."  was the only thing written on it.  He felt anger boil in his blood as he stormed out of the apartment and headed for the car.
But when he got in front of the car, it exploded and he was thrown towards the wall. Chuuya hit his head against the wall and his vision started to blur

"Bastard ... you promised ..." he whispered before losing consciousness.
