Chapter 32 : Change of plan

"So what if he suspect that there is someone else involved? He already know it for sure, that person is too powerfull for him anyway... Now that he knows it he will do anything to know who and where they are, he'll do all the work for us." Replied Liam and Atsushi looked at him not knowing what to say.

"Now we have to take Chuuya away, the sooner the better let's do it now let's do it this way..." Liam started to tell Atsushi the plan he had thought of. Atsushi lostened as he nodded his head.

"Alright! We can definitly do it!" He said with enthousiasme.

Atsushi walked nervously in the streets, he was quite confident about Liam's plan but now that it started he felt really scared. For him it was juste too soon, it was going too fast and he had no time to get ready. But Liam said that Chuuya was in great danger and that if they didn't act now it would be too late.

'I agree that saving Chuuya is important  but so soon? We just find a plan its too early... Its not like Dazai will kill him right? He cares about him doesn't he?' Thought Atsushi as he walked toward the adress of Dazai's apatment. He put his hand in his pocket to make sure he didnt lost the gun that he got from Fukuzawa. He wished from the bottom of his heart to not have to use it, his mission was to distracte Dazai while Liam takes Chuuya away but if things get out of hand he had to order to shot him. He really didnt want that to happen, after all Dazai was his friend he still couldn't belive that he would do something like this.

Atsushi sighed as he looked at the grey cloudy sky. He finally arrived in front of the apartment's door and was about to knock.

Chuuya went outside in the morning after Dazai left to go see Liam, but he was sadly surprised that his friend wasn't there. He was about to leave but sudenly he saw something move in the bush next to the tree. The ginger looked at it for a moment before walking to it with a nervous look.

"Meow " a cat jumped out and surprised Chuuya who fell to the ground.

"Liam's cat?" He said as he patted the cat's head with a smile, he then saw a piece of paper attached to his collar. Chuuya took it and opened it confused.
He read the note and his eyes widened.

Dazai walked inside the ADA office with a serious expression. The moment he crossed the door Kunikida walked to him.

"Where were you yesterday ?? Do you even know what happened ??!!" He yelled at Dazai.

"I know... i heard that Ranpo got murdered... " replied Dazai with a sad expression but inside he couldn't hekp but smile.

"... We have to find who did that..." said Kunikida and the brunet nodded.

"Don't worry we will, we'll get that bastard" he said with a serious expression. Sudenly Dazai's phone vibrated. He looked at it and frowned.

"I'll be going to look for any kind of clues" said Dazai and left the office. The moment he was outside the building he started running back home. He opened the door of his apartment and walked in with a serious expression. 

"Chuuya?" Called Dazai but there was no answer.

"CHUUYA!!" He yelled as he opened the door to the bed room. He sighed in relief as he saw the ginger standing in front of the closet.

"Oh-... Welcome back Dazai" said Chuuya trying to act as calme and natural as possible. Dazai didn't seem to notice Chuuya's strang behavior and went to hug him.

"Sorry i panicked, i juste sudenly got a bad feeling... are you fine?" said Dazai but there was no answer of Chuuya.

"Whats wrong?" Asked Dazai confused.

"Oh i just dont feel really well, im gonna go take a shower" he replied as he quickly left. Dazai looked him leave then went to the kitchen to drink some water. He saw that there was some food packaging laying on the counter so he decided to throw it away. But then he saw a note in the trash can so he decided to take it and read it. While he's eyes read the few words written on it his eyebrows frown more and more.

"So that how you decided to play? ..." he mumbled to himself with a pissed smile.

Some time later Chuuya went out of the bathroom and saw Dazai was waiting for in front of the door with a smile.

"Wh-What-?" Asked Chuuya nervously.

"I have something to show you come" he replied as he took Chuuya's hand and dragged him to the living room then made him sit on the couch. Chuuya was confused but then realised what was happening.

"Do you reconize it?" Asked Dazai with his hands on Chuuya's shoulder. The ginger's eyes widned as he looked with an empty gaze at the note in front of him.

"Read it~" said Dazai with a smile. Chuuya was trying his best to stay calme and read the note.

"Come ... find m-me at XXXXX imediatly. Your... in danger... he's -" Chuuya was shaking and wasn't able to finish the sentence.

"Do you belive what that Liam told you more than me ? Do you think your in danger here with me?" Asked Dazai with a sad voice. Chuuya took a deep breath.

"No way, it's bullshit. That why i throw it" said Chuuya as he turned toward Dazai with a smile.

"Im gonna dry my hair" he said as he stood up and was about to leave.

"We were suposed to leave this place tomorrow and live a happy life somewhere else... too bad, looks like this won't be the case anymore... Why do you have to always disappointe me Chuuya? You could had juste be obedient and belive everything i told you but you had to leave this apartment without my consent..." Said Dazai with an expression empty of any feelings. Chuuya froze as he listened to what the brunet was saying.

"You thought yoj could run away frome me? Did you think ut was so easy to get ride of me? It isnt tho... I will never let you live me!" Yelled Dazai with a creazy smile as he looked at Chuuya.

"Wh- WAIT! NO! DON'T COME ANY CLOSER! STOP-- ......."

Atsushi knocked to the door and waited but no one answered, he tryed again but still nothing. He was getting a really bad feeling so he called Liam.

"We have a problem... no one is answering..." said Atsushi.

"You have to get inside right now!" Said Liam as nervous as him.

"The door is locked-!!" Atsushi sudenly had an idea. He took out the gun and shoted the handle. The door opened and Atsushi rushed in. The apartment was à terrible mess and there was no one.

"Liam... we're too late..."

Finally was able to update... school is really trying to drown me in assignments and exams, how am i still alive?

But imma try to update more regularly from now on.
