"I want to travel the world."
"Yeah?" I look at him from across the table as he fidgets with Bunce's rings.
"I want to get out of here at least," he added.
"We could go for a walk?" I suggest.
"You say that like he's a dog," Bunce snorted while he gave her a frown, "Not that you are one."
He smiled at that, completely ignoring her laughs as she looked at me.
"You were saying?" I reverted the conversation back to him and his sudden outburst of wanderlust.
"I don't want to go for a walk, " he eyed Bunce, " I want to travel."
"I want to leave this country, go some place that has a beach and feel the sand between my toes as the sun turns my skin a tanned light brown while I sip juice out of coconuts!" He ended his rant with a loud bang on the table before him, knocking Bunce's rings off of it.
His eyes looked bewildered and nearly crazy and I looked at the cup of coffee he was drinking and then at Bunce.
'It's the caffeine rush', she mouths.
We look at him completely dumb-founded.
"Guess someone's watching too much T.V., huh?" I comment, going back to my hash browns.
"No, no- I don't watch T.V." He fidgets with his mug, now that the rings are fallen.
"And no more coffee for you." She takes away the mug along with her rings.
"Hey! Fine, I don't care. I want to travel! Guys, I want to go out." He's practically whining at this point.
"Well, I can't take you anywhere, nor go with you guys," She grins, "Micah and I are video-chatting. today"
Micah and I. She was so lovesick, it almost made me hate her. That Micah guy doesn't feel right. I thought Bunce would do better- she can do better than him.
"Baz, you're free, right?" I look at him and he is giving me the shyest look and I can't say no to that. Crowley, he knew just what would make me crumble.
"I..." All my work ran through my head, I was behind schedule for some too, "... am free, yes."
