"I'm home!" I yelled from the foyer of my home. I sat my bags down on the stool and walked into the living room where my husband sat on the couch asleep.

Now being 22, having a degree in nursing, and now married for about a year, I was living the life.

I sat down next to Bradley and kissed his lips gently. He opened his eyes and smiled.

"I made chicken helper for you. It's in the fridge." I patted his face and walked into the kitchen.

"Thanks for making dinner, I'm exhausted." I whined.

"Tough day at work?" He asked grabbing a drink out of the fridge as I put my dinner in the microwave.

"Yeah, I had to give some younger kids shots. Let me tell you, they put up a good fight!"

He laughed as the microwave beeped. I took out my chicken helper and grabbed a fork. I sat on top of the kitchen counter and ate my food. When I finished I threw the plate and fork into the sink and kissed Brad.

"You're teasing me, Arn't you?"

"Maybe," I said with a smirk. I was about to open my mouth to say more but instead I ran to the toilet and threw up.

"You okay? That's like the 4th time this week Arie..."

I wiped my mouth and spit out some mouth wash. "You don't think..."

"It's been about a month now Arie..."

I grabbed a test and pushed Bradley out of the bathroom. Good thing I had to pee anyways. When I finished, I sat it on the sink and opened the door. I picked it up and waited for the result. Brad came up behind me and put his hands firmly on my hips.

We both gasped at what showed up. A "+" showed up on the test. Brad hugged me and kissed me.

"Oh my gosh, I can't believe I'm pregnant."

"I can't believe it, we're gonna have a baby." Bradley said amazed.

I guess life really can be unexpected.
