Bradley's POV:

I arrived about 10 minutes later and saw her sitting on the curb. I got out and opened up the passenger side door to help her get in. She lifted her head to look at me and her eyes were red and puffy.

She had snot running down her face and he looked like she was freezing to death. She held her arms out and I grabbed onto them pulling her up to hug her. I picked her up and helped her into the truck. She sniffed and struggled. I buckled her seatbelt and closed the door then got into my side of the truck doing the same.

I blasted the hot air onto her face and have her a tissue or three. Her dark blonde hair was knotted and messy. Her hazel eyes dying of light. Her skin so pale you would mistake her for dead. I held her bony hand and drove home.

I helped her inside and grabbed her things from her back. My parents were away for a few days so the house was a little messy.

"Sorry the house is a mess. You can sleep in my room and I'll sleep in my parents room."

She didn't answer. She had fallen asleep. I carried her to my room and lay her on my bed tucking her in. She was wearing jeans and I found her a pair of pajama pants she could wear. I didn't look and I took her shoes off and jeans and slid the pajama pants on her. I tucked her in and kissed her forehead.

"Wait," she whispered. "Don't go yet, you're really warm..."

I lay down beside her on top of the covers and wrapped my arm around her. She was quiet but explained everything to me.

"I understand, I've had parent problems too before. That's why I have these." I shows her my wrist that had a few cuts on it. I picked up hers and saw the same.

"We're the same. We are very similar. We will never be apart."

She yawned and fell asleep. I got under the covers and rolled to the other side of the bed still holding her scarred hand.
