Chapter 13: guilt trips and cute fans

I returned to my room with a bit of guilt in my heart, and unable to think straight. Then as I shut the door I felt strong hands line my hips.

Jc kissed my neck and I bit my lip. "everything okay?" He mumbled into my neck. "Ya..." I pulled away from him and across the room.

"What's wrong?" Jc laughed and stepped towards me taking my hands in his. "Look Jc, I don't feel like we should be moving this fast if we don't even have an official status." I said pulling my hands behind my back.

"What do you mean?" He said as his smile began to fade. "I mean boyfriends and girlfriends do this stuff... you and I are just--" I caught myself before saying anything I would regret.

"We're what?" He said. "What am I to you Nally?" He crossed his arms and his voice was slightly raised. Glob, my anxiety was not helping right now.

I took a deep breath and focused on his eyes and made myself seem firm. "We're friends Jc... Unless we are both willing to make this into something more, to contribute..." I paused. "Maybe we could. Because I'm not that type of girl to sleep with any guy. I want a relationship." psh, I haven't ever done it before.

Look at me sounding mature. I'm proud. "Well Nally..." Jc got a little closer. "You seem like a strong, kind, funny girl... I would be as willing as you are. Maybe a little more." he smiled and so did I.

"So how's about a date this Friday?" He asked. I smiled even wider "Well that sounds magnificent." I said wrapping my arms around him and resting my head on his chest as he picked me up and we laid on my bed.

Many moments passed of silence, comfortable silence "Jc..." I said "yes?" He replied. I squeezed him a little tighter. "what is it?" Jc asked "nothing..." I laughed a bit. "Just thank you for being real." I mumbled "what?" He asked "nothing!" I laughed "goodnight." I said.

*8:30 am*

I stretched and fell out of my bed "Ow!" I said then quickly covering my mouth. I looked over my bed and saw Jc still asleep. I stood up a bit wobbly.

I saw clothes all over the apartment "ugh..." I said to myself as I quickly gathered it all. I jumped in the shower, brushed my teeth, put on makeup and got dressed in some bleached shorts with my favorite lucky shirt. It was white that said "Do you got a bae or nah?" In tie dye letters.

I left my hair down in curls and put in a small bow. I heard a knock at the door and I slipped on my black converses and ran to the door.

I opened I and saw "Ryan?" I squealed and jumped on him. "Oh my glob! I forgot you were coming in today!" I said loudly and wiping away tears of happiness.

I grabbed his bags "please come in!" I said. Jc raced down the hall "What? What happened?" He yelled. "Nothing is just Ryan is here!" I squealed.

I then realized he hasn't even said two words. "Im so sorry my manners..." I laughed. "Ryan, Jc. Jc, Ryan" they shook hands.

"Hey man it's nice to meet one of Nallys friends." Jc said "It's nice to meet a guy Nally had in her bedroom." Ryan joked.

I elbowed his side as he laughed "I'm kidding!" He laughed hugging me. "Mhm sure" I laughed and punched his arm.

Once Ryan stopped laughed he covered his eyes. "What?" I said "I'm a bit disturbed because he's in his boxers and just came from your room..." Jc laughed and grabbed his jeans from the room.

"Sorry bro. Things got a bit wild last night." my face turned red. "Oooo, Nally getting freaky?" Ryan laughed. "Dude, let me tell you this girl has an amazing--" I cut him off afraid of what would come from his mouth "Okay! Ryan I'll help you unpack! Jc, kian is coming to pick us up at 9:00." I grabbed Ryans arm and his bags.

I closed the door and threw Ryan on his bed. I covered my face as I slid down the door. "Hey don't be embarrassed. I'm sure Jc was just pulling your chain." Ryan laughed grabbing a bag.

"Besides I'm glad you're with Jc, he seems like a nice guy. Unlike kian. I mean don't get me wrong he's a cool dude but..." he laughed and out away some clothes in some drawers.

"No Ryan!" I said a bit loud. Ryan looked at me with wide eyes. "Kian..." I whispered and looked out the door. Jc was in a shower.

"While Jc and I were in my room Kian stopped by. He was with Andrea but she in the car. I hadn't noticed I was in my bra and underwear and Kian kissed me!" Ryan covered his mouth.

"Then what happened?" He asked as we both sat on the bed. "I pushed him away and he told me 'I'm sorry... I'm still trying to stop missing you but your too good for me..." Then I pushed him back and said "I'm sorry honey but you're gonna have to..."

Ryans eyes were huge. "then what? Did he make you feel like he still liked you by looking back at you before he left?" I was shocked. "how'd you know that?" I asked. "Cause a lot of girls do that to me." I raised a brow.

"Does Selena know about this?" I crossed my arms jokingly. "Yes, yes she does. Guys do it to her too." My eyes were now wide.

"Does that not bother you guys?" I asked. "That's a story for another time. But what matters now is how you feel." I sighed.

"I know I shouldn't go back to kian... and jc is a great guy..." I said "look Kian has a girlfriend. And Jc is taking me out this Friday." I stood up "okay now you're thinking." he smiled.

"Well I'll let you get situated I gotta go and spend a day with a fan." I went and grabbed my purse "I'll be back by 6:00 and we can hang out okay?" I said before leaving "okay!" He yelled from his room as I heard him laugh.

As I grabbed my phone someone grabbed me up and off the ground. "Hey!" I laughed. It was Jc. He kissed my neck and said "You ready to go?" He said. I shook my head and we went downstairs.

Andrea pulled up and kian was in the back wearing sunglasses. I took the front seat knowing Andrea seemed pissed. Jc sat in the back with Kian.

"Hey everything okay?" I whispered to her. "No! Kian got fucking drunk last night because after dinner he thought it would be a good idea to go drinking." She said.

"Well why'd you let him?" I asked "because I was having a good time and I didn't want him to get mad and ruin the whole night." she admitted "well it seems like he already did when you let him drink." I said.

"Nally you're suppose to be my friend and make me feel better not worse." She said "well I'm not going to, cause I can't change your decisions. I'm gonna give advice. You're as big part of this relationship as he is, you shouldn't be scared to speak." I stated.

She was silent. "...Well... No you know what you're right! Next time I don't agree I'm gonna speak." I nodded and smiled.

"Great now can you drop me off at the hotel, I gotta meet up with Ethan." I said as she pulled into the parking lot.

"Ooo, that cute boy from yesterday. Nice!" She laughed. I nudged her "He's a fan, I would do it in a heart beat for any of my other fans." I said unbuckling my seatbelt.

"Ya but he is really cute." she laughed "hey you have a boyfriend." I laughed "touché" she smiled. I got out and said "Pick me up around 9:00" she nodded and I walked up to the hotel.

Before I could even open the door Ethan popped out and hugged me. "Whoa!" I said almost falling down.

He caught me. "Are you ready?" He smiled I stood up trying to retain my balance. "um ya... what'd you have in mind?" I asked nervously.
