Chapter 27: confused calls and lazy days

"This is Jc..." Jc sounded almost angry and concerned. I bit my nail and clenched my stomach.

I looked to Ally and Ryan. They nodded knowing it was Ethan. Ally tapped Jc's shoulder when he turned Ryan grabbed the phone and ran to the bathroom.

Jc chased him. I jumped infront of him as Ally blocked the bathroom door. "Jc! What is going on?" I yelled. "There is some idiot asking for you!" He yelled clenching his fists.

I raised a brow "Ethan?" I asked "no, it was your little fanboy. This guy called you his 'sexual bunny'" My eyes widened. "Ryan... Give me the phone..." Ryan handed me the phone and They all gathered around me as I put the call on speaker.

"Hello?" I said "Nally! Darling! It's Danny!" The guy said happily. Ryans eyes grew wide. "Oh hi Danny? Um could you excuse me?" I asked. "Why not?" He laughed I out him on mute.

"What Ryan?" I asked "He's the guy that locked me in the cafeteria freezer when his girlfriend started flirting with me..." All of our eyes grew wide.

Ally and I looked at each other. Danny invited us to a party and tried to get us drunk to then cheat on our boyfriends with him. That was towards the end of sophomore year, when ally decided 'no more boyfriends'

"Shit..." I bit my lip. "How'd he get my number?" I mumbled "I don't know, but I think you'd better answer and figure out what the fuck he wants." Ryan stated furrowing his brow.

I took off the mute. "hi Danny sorry for taking so long" I said "It's fine sweet heart." he chuckled. "Anyways I heard you were in LA and I just happened to have some business here for the next week and I don't really know many people here so I was wondering if you'd like to go out to dinner tonight." I looked at everyone and they shrugged.

"Uhhhh, I'd have to check my schedule..." I said not knowing what else to say. "Great! So tonight! Meet me at 'gibsons' by avenue at 8:00 I'll see you there and wear something pretty." he hung up.

"Investigation!" Ally Ryan Jc and myself yelled. Ryan check social media for Danny, Ally search google for a business he could be running. Jc go on YouTube and see if you can get any video evidence about him." they all ran and got out their phones and laptops.

"What about you?" Ally asked "Ya what are you gonna do?" Jc asked. "I gotta pick out something to wear. If this guy is important I can't let him down, he could ruin my career." I stated.

Jc rushed to me and grabbed my hand. "But baby, our date tonight..." he said. I bit my lip. "FOUND SOMETHING!" Ryan yelled we all ran to him and looked at his laptop.

"He's in LA with two girls named Vanessa, and terry." Ally and I screamed. Ryan and Jc stared at us. "Vanessa and terry tortured us in the girls bathroom..." Ally said "Ya, we had to time our pee around their schedule..." I finished.

Ryans eyes went wide. "Well he works with a company called 'all hearts, all kinds.' I don't know what they do cause I can't find anything about it but they seem pretty big." I grabbed my phone.

"What are you doing?" Ryan asked. "I gotta call him and tell him I can't go tonight." the phone rang three times.

"Is this my sexual bunny?" He laughed. I rolled my eyes "Danny, I can't make it tonight I have an important date, could we change it to Saturday?" It was silent.

I looked to Ally. She shrugged. "That's fine dear. I must go Vanessa needs help unzipping her dress." the line went dead.

"So?" Ryan asked anxiously closing his laptop. "It all good, pretty sure he's about to have sex with Vanessa cause he said she needed help unzipping her dress." Ally laughed.

"I guess we worried for nothing." Jc said walking to me and throwing an arm around my waist.

"Ya I guess so. Well we have some time before your date do why don't we watch some Netflix since none of us have to do anything today." Ally said grabbing the remote and plopping down next to ryan.

I sat down next to her and Jc sat next to me. There was a knock. "I got it." Ryan announced. "It's kian and Andrea!" He yelled as he looked through the peep hole.

He opened the door and they came in. "Hey guys." I said. "Wassup!" Kian yelled. We all laughed. "We thought we'd drop by, we don't have anything planned for today and the house is being cleaned so we needed to get out." Andrea said.

"Oh cool we don't have anything planned either. Were about to watch something on netflix, you guys can join us." Ally said with a smile.

Andrea clapped "Netflix marathon!" Kian laughed and pulled her to an empty spot on the couch.

Lazy day. Not bad. I smiled.
