Blur

Life takes one person from our lives and puts another,

I guess that's what happened with her.

Smart and sweet,

It was a miracle we got to meet.

With my feelings, I tried to stall

But one day I couldn't help but start to fall.

And all the bad memories of the past,

Just really didn't seem to last.

I started to forget,

Everything that I had once regret.

But even with you close, you seem far,

I feel like I really don't know who you really are.

I want to tell you this but with you I lose all power,

And everything I want to say comes out ad a blur.
