I remember the day we met,

When I seen you my mind was set.

You were the one that would change my life,

But in the end our relationship strifed.

 We shared memories, good and bad,

But now they have me leaving me sad.

I do not regret all we have shared,

Even if you never really cared.

I just realized all this too late,

For you cannot love someone you hate.
