Chapter 10

Aneesa's Pov;

Nayla is such a baby ,I mean why will she freak out just because I'm on a video chat with Junaid .Though it's not fair that I hid it from her ,hmmm...the worst part is that she doesn't even know that Junaid visited me .

Anyways Nayla was telling me about Sudais earlier on ,I know that she likes him but she doesn't want to give him a chance ..she just keeps putting emphasis on the right person that's in for Nikkah .But she won't know if sudais is the right person or not if she doesn't give him a chance right ? ...that was my advice to her .I just hope he doesn't end up wasting her time ...I sighed .

In the other hand ,it's obvious that Junaid likes me ,I like him too but I'm afraid of heartbreak .Most importantly ,I'm not sure if he can cope with my attitude..I mean I'm really toxic ,I've bad temper ,random mood swings and I can get really bossy .I hate it ..but I can't help it because that's my personality .I yell whenever things don't go my way ,and the worst part is that am so jealous and possessive .I mean no man can handle that right ? But guess what ...Muhammad did ,he really tolerated all my shitty attitude and since he broke my heart ..how am I supposed to trust any other guy again ...I groaned .

   Just as I was sitting down overthinking things ,Ammi bumped into my room looking intense ...

"Subhanallah what's wrong mom" I questioned her showing my concern

"The man that you slapped...what does he look like"....she asked me

Well he's dark skinned ,he was wearing some filthy clothes and yeah ..he has this tangled hair ..I replied

"Innalillahi wainna ilaihi rajiun"....she announced

"Speak out mom" I stated looking confused already

In the neighborhood ,it happened that a man visited aunty Haniyya's house seeking for help ...Ammi narrated .

Aunty haniyya offered the man some groceries and some money in addition,not long after he left ,she screamed and before you know it she passed out ..Ammi continued

Her husband and kids reached out to her immediately ,it appeared as if she was in some kind of coma ..and before you know it ,she started bleeding out of everywhere

Her family quickly rushed her to the hospital and unfortunately before the doctors could do anything she passed away

Innalillahi wainna ilaihi rajiunaa...I uttered with my hands wrapped around my head

It was then that her husband recalled about the incident of her helping the man ..mom continued narrating

Immediately ,he called on the police chief officer ,narrated the incident and gave a quick description of what the man looked like

Luckily before you know it .the man was captured by the cops that were on the assignment

The man refused to say anything until he was injured badly by the cops ..

Turns out the man uses people for sacrifice (black magic) as he narrated ,

He continued by declaring that when Aunty Haniyya helped him with those groceries..he secured the opportunity to capture her soul and that was why she passed out.....he belongs to some kind of secret society and he was assigned to bring atleast 20 people for sacrifice ,the man confessed..he equally mentioned that he captured 19 out of 20 because he couldn't capture the 20th person .
