[Uhm there isn't going to be a Shinobu pov bc.. why not. Anyway, basically she had to watch from a distance when the two met up just so that Akaza couldn't smell her near. So she couldn't hear anything they say to eachotherr.]

Tanjiro's Pov

I sighed as I walked towards the forest, I knew that it was snowing heavily, so I hope a snow storm or blizzard or some freaky thing like that doesn't happen, otherwise I would probably never survive.

I looked and searched the forest, nothing. It wasn't really bland, but it felt desolate and serene.

I walked for quite a while until I somehow fell, I was like a huge cliff was right infront of me, and I didn't realise it. . .

I closed my eyes as I sharply gasp when I fell, though I instantly regretted gasping like that, since I think my throat had frozen up already..

I kept my eyes closed for a couple minutes, then realised I wasn't falling, I was being held up by and arm. It dragged me up the cliff and I managed to crawl away from it.

"You are so childlike and idiotic, you know that right?" Akaza growled. I smiled at the fact he saved me.

"Thanks for saving me, Akaza." I smiled more.

"Well, anyway, about my offe--"

"No." I instantly stopped smiling.

"But--"

"No."

"Why n--"

"No."

I smirked at his annoyed facial expressions.
"Shush!" He whined.

"Being a demon isnt--"

"I have heard that already."

"Wait, really?" He mumbled.

"Ugh whatever, I wasn't planning for you to be so hard so I just got a few ideas and told them all to you." He shrugged.

"Heh! I just don't want to be a demon." I smiled.

"Ugh. Whatever." Akaza rolled his eyes, then lay down in the snow.

I decided to lie down next to him, and look up at the snowing sky.

"This forest is boring." Akaza groaned.

Wait! What if I gather information from him?

"Hm? Where is your base? I am free all day so we can hang out there!" I giggled.

"You wanna hang out at.. a place full of uppermoons? Plus Muzan?" He raised his eyebrows.
"Plus, our base isn't in this village, we live in a different place, this village is just overly-populated, so we come here for food." Akaza sighed. Makes sense I guess..

"Oh, that seems strategic! Ya know, a few hashira have come over here because uppermoons were spotted in this area. And a few others including me too. So it trails them off your hideout. It is smart." I smiled.

I don't know why I am being nice to him. It is all complicated if you ask me. But.. he seems like a Tsundere..

[Tsundere: acts like they don't care about a person but on the inside they rlly do. I think.]

But either way, he can give me information. But I need to get more.

"So, where even is your base anyway?" I turned my head to face him.

"Good joke. I'm not going to tell you." He sighed.

"Thats okay I guess." I mumbled.

I need to find a way to help the others and get them to be happy with me..
