"Tomorrow already?" I ask, folding my clothes after I show them to Charlotte later.

"Yeah, last summer party, you really have to come." She says

"I don't know, I only know you here and you have your friends at your party and I'll be right there." I say unsure.

"No Olivia, bet you're going to like my friends and maybe a nice boy too." she says wiggling her eyebrows. We've known each other for a month, but it seems like we've known each other for years. I literally tell her all my secrets and vice versa.

"Okay." I say and as soon as I said that Charlotte jumps up and gives me a hug. "Yeah! This is going to be really fun and put on that set with those yellow black blocks and don't forget to bring a bikini this is going to be so much fun! I'll choose that one for you by the way." Charlotte is really happy and has already gone to my closet to pick out a bikini. I plop on my bed and smile at her as she chooses the perfect bikini.

After 5 minutes she thinks she has found the right bikini for me.

"Okay what do you think?" she asks me, hiding the bikini behind her back and walking towards me.

"A blue one?"

"A yellow one!" She says happily and shows the bikini. I had completely forgotten about that one and it is indeed beautiful. It is a simple bikini with open sides on the side of the top and bottom. I had bought this in Bel Air, because I was only planning to go swimming with friends this holiday. Unfortunately that didn't happen by the move.

"That one is nice." I say and grab him.

"Yeah, your tinted tan looks great and it matches your outfit you're going to wear." she says, as if she were a stylist.

"I do Madame Evans." I say and lie down again.

"Good, but I think I'll go because it's already 12 o'clock." she tells. I stand up and form an 'oh' with my mouth.

"We're going to get ready together tomorrow and I'll take my things with me." She says.

"Good." I say and give her a hug and walk downstairs with her.

"Hello Mr. Cooper." She says as soon as we are downstairs in the living room.

"Ah Charlotte for the last time just say Thomas." My father whines for the umpteenth time.

"Sorry Thomas." she then says. I give her another hug and then she leaves the house. She lives down the street here today and it's really not far away otherwise I would have pushed my father off the couch and told him to take her. I wave again and she turns the corner.

"Dad?" I ask as I sit next to him.

"I paid for your clothes today what more could you want?" He says immediately and I can't stop laughing.

"Nothing hears only permission." I say.

"Oh." he mumbles.

"Tomorrow is a last summer party and I think it would be nice to go, Charlotte is going too." I say the last sentence quickly.

"Yeah, but you can't make it later than 1 o'clock." he says warningly. I give my father a hug and then go back to my room to get ready for bed.

The next morning I was up early. It's more because of my father. Today is his first day at work after the holidays and he is literally always working I think work has become an outlet for him after... Never mind don't feel like bad memories.

It is now already 15:34 and at 16:00 Charlotte would almost come. The party starts at 7:00 PM, but we girls are going to do a lot of other things than just getting ready.

I walk to the kitchen and grab 2 crisp bags and a bottle of Coke. I take that upstairs to my room. Then I walk to Luna's room. Under her bed I get a box of booze in it. If our father finds out about this, we'll be in big trouble. I take out a Bacardi bottle and take the red cups as well. Drinking before a party is a must.

Just as I put the bottle on my desk, the bell goes downstairs. I run down the stairs like a mongoloid. I open the door and greet her with a hug.

"Waa bonita I'm really excited and I have a bottle of Bacardi, don't tell my dad." I say and let Charlotte come in. She smiles and walks in.

"Wow this is going to be really fun." She walks up the stairs and I close the door. "I brought a salmon pink and an apple blue bikini, but I don't know which one is nicer." She says.

"First go up then I can see them and I'm going to choose." I tell her.

"Okay." she says and continues up the stairs.
