When my legs don't work like they used to before

And I can't sweep you off of your feet

Daniel stands at the altar, silently fiddling with his sleeve. His gaze shifts around the room, a small smile growing on his face. He glances over at Jack, who smiles at him, giving him a small thumbs up. Daniel slightly smiles, shifting his weight from one leg to the other.

Will your mouth still remember the taste of my love

Will your eyes still smile from your cheeks

Daniel remembers the restless nights apart. The nights where the job had separated them. The killing feeling of something happening to the other.

No more. Peggy is never leaving his side. Ever. Again.

And darling I will be loving you 'til we're 70

And baby my heart could still fall as hard at 23

He remembers the first time he laid his eyes on her, the first time he met her gaze. She treated him like no other person ever had. From that day on, his heart beat for her, and her only.

And I'm thinking 'bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways

Maybe just the touch of a hand

He shuddered at the memory of his holding a gun to Peggy, accusing her of treason. He looks down at his feet, trying to push the memories out of his head. His heart beats faster with excitement as the music started...

Oh me I fall in love with you every single day

And I just wanna tell you I am

Everyone stands as Peggy slowly glides down the aisle, on the arm of her father, who has tear-stained cheeks, covered with a proud smile. Daniel feels his heart stop and his legs go numb. She looks gorgeous. Her hair pulled back and braided around her head. The world around him froze as her gaze met his. Her veil hovers over her face, but he can still see the bright smile that he fell in love with.

She looks at her father, before kissing him on the cheek. He travels to his seat smiling wide, wiping his eyes. Peggy walks up to Daniel, and the world unpauses. He could feel his own tear run down his cheek.

So honey now

Take me into your loving arms

He takes Peggy's hands and sees her flooding eyes. His heart beating faster than it ever had before. His breath is taken away every single time he looks at her. He tightens his grip on her hand, wondering how in hell he got so lucky.

Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars

Place your head on my beating heart

I'm thinking out loud

Maybe we found love right where we are

"Do you, Peggy Carter, take Daniel Sousa to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do," Peggy's smile lits up the room, turning Daniel's heart to dust

"Do you, Daniel Sousa, take Peggy Carter to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I-I do," Daniel says, not believing that he was actually saying those words.

"You may kiss the bride," Daniel smiles as Peggy wraps her arms around his neck. She presses her lips to his, making his heart beat in his chest so hard he could feel it in his fingertips. He could feel Peggy smile into the kiss as their family and friends applauded.

I'm thinking out loud

That maybe we found love right where we are

Oh, baby, we found love right where we are

And we found love right where we are
