74: Please I Do Not Want a Heart

Dream opened her eyes and hurriedly got up and looked around. The Wisteria tree is nowhere to be found. It is dark, as the fire she put up the night before had been long gone. However, she could hear the waves nearby like a music.

Her sudden movement had woken up the three wolves. They all got up and stretched their legs and bodies. Dream watched them in a daze. But soon after slapped her head with her two palms.

"Arrrggg! Which brother?!"

The wolves were surprised by her sudden scream.

"Child? Are your head okay? Did the sound of the waves and wind made you gone mad?"

Night peeked in from the outside of the cave. Dream slowly looked up at the black round bird.

"Where did you go?"

"I scouted the area. It seems there are couple villages nearby. What is going on with you?"

Night elegantly fly towards her and without a sound landed to her side and gave her leg a pat.

Dream decided to explain.

"I saw Dia in my dream. He said to look for my brother but he did not say which one! Arggg!"

The owl tilted it's head.

"Child, you are not as great as me, I doubt you get premonition dreams."

Dream just gave the owl a dead look.

"Okay, okay let just say it is. We can do a process of elimination. How many brothers you have?"

Dream is kinda mad as she just woke up and her stomach is growling but she play along for now.

"I have three."

"Hmmm, for sure that blonde girl we left at the Spade Castle is not your brother."

"Eh?"

"What? Isn't it obvious? She looked like a Heartian or a Diamondian than a Spadian."

"No, he is my brother...."

"No child, even if that person is related to you, she is a sister at least."

"Huh?"

"Oh my elegant self! This is why I say, you are not as great as myself." The owl exasperated with it's beautiful black feathers flickering around. It was annoying but Dream have to get answers first.

"Wait!"

Dream's head is aching, she have a lots of things to sort out. She kinda remember her brother Lunard changing appearance, however, she could barely remember. She was out of it because of the events that took place that day. All her brain remembers are the parting words that came out from Lunard's lips.

Dream strongly shook her head so that she can focus on the other events and not about Lunard's harsh words.

The owl is saying that not only Lunard had changed his appearance but also hid his real gender.

He is a woman all this time.

"Child are you alright? You should not try to remember so much about that day. Look you are trembling."

The owl's round red eyes are filled with concern and the wolves are also softly whining. To the wolves, Dream looks like she is hurting herself.

Dream pat all the beings in front her, one by one.

"I am alright." Dream tried to smile.

Then she thought of Lunard's twin brother, Soliard.

"How about Soliard?" Dream unconsciously asked herself.
