Pairing: Santana/Brittany
Summary: AU. Santana meets a beautiful blonde with blue eyes on a bus and sets out to make her, her girlfriend.
A/N: This is actually kinda pointless AU fluff. I hope you enjoy either way tho.

It was a cold, grey, Sunday morning when I saw her for the first time. She shouldn't have caught my eye, when I think about it. She didn't look out of the ordinary at all. She was wearing a pair of black leggings and a baby blue trench coat with a black beanie. I think it was the fact that the blonde of her hair clashed with the dull, worn out blue of the bus seats, or maybe it was the bright and brilliant blue of her eyes scanning her phone screen that caught my attention.
Okay, maybe it was the fact that she looked like a fucking goddess.
I must've been staring for too long, because when I came back to the real world, I saw her smiling at me. I cleared my throat before returning my attention to the book in my lap.
I re-read the same page the entire ride because I wasn't really paying attention to it. I couldn't stop thinking about her smile. It was so innocent and genuine, even though she didn't know me.
I nearly missed my stop because I was too far in my own thoughts. I was kind of confused that somebody else had called the bus to a stop, considering I saw everybody on the bus everyday. Nobody ever stopped at the same place as me. I looked up to see the same girl with the blonde hair and blue eyes getting from her seat. I gulped and stood as well, slipping my book into my bag before hopping out of the bus.
As soon as the doors closed, there was a rumbling somewhere in the sky and rain started pouring almost immediately.
"Fuck!" I shouted, exasperated, because of-fucking-course I forgot my umbrella at home.
"Here!" Somebody shouted over the pounding of rain. I was suddenly being shielded from the water and my head snapped to my left. I saw that blonde from the bus, smiling down at me. She was holding a purple Nike duffel bag on her right shoulder "We can share." She shrugged.
"Thanks." I said with a smile. I'd normally push someone away for getting so close, because that's fucking creepy, but there was something about her that I couldn't be annoyed about.
"I'm Brittany." She introduced as we started walking.
"Santana. But everybody calls me Satan." I replied jokingly, checking my bag to make sure everything inside was dry.
"That's a really nice name." Brittany complimented. I returned my gaze and felt my breath hitch at the sight of her big blue eyes looking at me with that same warm smile that seemed to be permanently on her face.
"Thanks." It came out as a whisper so I cleared my throat and, "thanks." I said again, louder this time.
She giggled a little bit and looked forward again.
"You new to L.A?" I asked her, not looking away.
"To L.A? No. To this part of L.A? Yes." She answered. "You have, like, really nice eyes." She pointed out.
"Thank you? They're just brown though. You have nicer ones." I said with a smile. She was endearing.
"I think brown eyes are pretty." She shrugged.
"Okay, this is my stop. I'll see you?" I said with a small smile.
"Well, if you're coming here this time tomorrow, then yes you will." She said with a wave. "Bye, Satan." She chuckled with a wink.
