After the break-up, Seokhoon and Rona had barely spoke, interacted or even seen each other. Both were busy with their plans for revenge that it made them focus on different things. One thing that would remain unchanged though is how Seokhoon's heart still flutters whenever he sees her. Though.... Seokhoon also has a realization, Rona was slowly becoming a goddess that attracted different boys to fall for her.

Fixing his tie, Seokhoon sighed as he felt the tiring and annoying energy surge through him yet again.

Waiting for the elevator to reach the parking lot, he tapped his phone impatiently and leaned on the elevator walls weakly.

He was about to depart Hera Palace for his father's company since he was expected to work there from now on.

As the elevator came to a stop, he swiftly exits and scans for his car.

Until a familiar voice stops him and prompts him to hide behind a pillar near his car.

Slightly moving his head to peek at the people who were chatting, he slightly frowns at the scene.

Exiting a black car, Rona, Minhyuk, Jenny and a man converse with each other.

Jenny smiles at Minhyuk and faces the man with a sly smirk.

'So.... SeokWoo ah, thanks for being a dear and insisting on taking us home. Minhyuk and I have important matters to attend to so we'll have to leave.... Rona yah, say goodbye to SeokWoo and come back home early okay?'

Confused at Jenny's statement, Minhyuk wasn't even given a time to react and was immediately dragged away towards the entrance.

Leaving Rona slightly panicked as she turned to face the tall and handsome male in front of her.

Seokwoo was a handsome and popular boy from Jenny's university.

He was the basic definition of the handsome boy next door.

Jenny had introduced him to her friends hoping they would all grow close, which thankfully they did.

What she also achieved though was a hope that Rona could start over with a new guy, fortunately for her Seokwoo had quickly took a liking on the female and had told Jenny about his little crush.

Jenny, of course was delighted and supported the thought of being a matchmaker for her best friend. Hence, here they were.... Jenny leaving to give Seokwoo his chance to talk with Rona.

Slightly leaning forward from the pillar, Seokhoon's frown was evident as he tried to listen to the conversation and observed the scene playing out in front of him.

Scratching the back of his head nervously, Seokwoo took out a bouquet from his car and shyly hands it to Rona.

'Rona yah.... I wanted to give you this, I passed by a flower shop earlier and oddly enough. They reminded me a lot of you.'

Smiling sweetly at the male, Rona gently takes the bouquet and replies.

'Wow! Thanks so much Seokwoo ah.... You shouldn't have but... I appreciate the thought. Thanks again for taking us home...... You should head back now, the traffic must be getting worse outside.'

Turning around to head inside, a grip on her wrist stops her and prompts her to look back.

Seokwoo smiles and gazes at the female.

' Rona yah... I was just thinking, if you'd be interested to go on a dinner with me soon? '

Rona slightly smiles and akwardly looks down.

'I appreciate your thought but.... Here's the thing SeokWoo... I don't want to hurt you and you've been super sweet and amazing to me but I'm not yet ready to go out with anyone.....maybe next time? '

Smiling awkwardly and letting go of her wrist, Seokwoo nods and gently replies.

' Don't feel sorry.... Just call me if your ready anytime. I'll be waiting. '

Turning around after waving at the female, Seokwoo revs up his car and drives out of the parking lot to exit Hera Palace.

Sighing and releasing a breath of relief, Rona stood alone as she took in what had just happened a few seconds ago.

Meanwhile, Seokhoon observed his ex girlfriend from behind the pillar as he calmed his heart.

A clear frown was obviously etched on his face as he recalled the events that had unfolded just a mere 10 seconds ago. Gripping his wrist, Seokhoon tries to control the burning feeling inside his heart as he tries to calm down.

As Rona turned around, his heart started to race as he gazes at her face.

Over the course of months since they had seperated, Rona had bloomed into a beautiful and strong young lady.

It was part of the reason why many other men fell for her.... due to her natural beauty and innocent yet kind self.

Seokhoon's eyes followed her every move until her figure had disappeared into the entrance of Hera.

Sighing and slumping down the floor in exhaustion.

A tear escapes from his emotionless face.

'What right do I have to be jealous? I left you so I don't deserve any of your love. Live well and be happy Rona yah.'

Sighing and standing to enter his car, Seokhoon revs up the engine and starts to drive.

Unbeknownst to everyone, tears trickled dowm his face as he drove to his father's company.

He couldn't even show that he was in pain when he was alone.

Seokhoon still loves Rona.... Yes 'loves' not 'loved'.

He had already knew that when time came, she could probably move on an be with someone who'd love and cherish her.

But oddly enough, it was hard for him to accept the reality.

His heart continues to flutter whenever he sees her but he just couldn't bring himself to approach and go near her.

He wasn't shameless....

All he could do now was continue to stay by his father's side.

Seokhoon's heart was already tired, tired of all the frustration and stresses his life had to offer.

Im his heart though, he had asked over and over again.

'Would I still have a chance in the near future'

It was a dumb question but there's nothing wrong about hoping right?
