I couldn't pick between these two songs, so I thought I'd leave the decision up to you guys.
________________________Anastasia's POV,
I was waking up but didn't want to open my eyes not yet anyway. I just kept playing last night over and over in my head again, in my entire life I had never had a greater time.
I could feel the cool rose gold chain that hung around my neck, I never wanted to take it off, to me it was the most precious gift I had ever received and a symbol of the love I have for Jane and the love she has for me.
I was content as I lay in bed, Jane lying beside me as we had been cuddling whilst watching a movie, when we came inside last night. The movie we watched last night had escaped my mind, though I was sure it was something more childish, perhaps the Parent Trap, ye that's what the movie was.
"Ana I know your awake," Jane whispered in my ear as her breath tickled my cheek. "No I'm not it's simply a figment of your imagination," I mumbled to her, though by the sound of her laugh she was unconvinced.
"Oh really," I could practically feel her smirking next to me, but I didn't move an inch, well until I started laughing and screaming my head off, as Jane started tickling me profusely. "So, is my mind still playing tricks now?" She asked, as she continued her tickling, and I could barely breathe let alone answer her.
"N... NO!" I shouted as, now that her tickling had come to a stop and I could finally think properly. "Where you going?" Jane had gotten out of bed and started putting her cloak on and tidying her hair.
"I've got guard duty today, I'm sorry flower," Well that was certainly a disappointment. I got myself up and out of bed and walked over to Jane to give her a hug before she left.
"I had the greatest time of my life yesterday Janey, thank you so much!" I could never thank her enough for such a magical time the day prior, though I think she knows that.
"I did to little dove," She gave me a quick kiss on the lips before she had to leave, and I was left alone in my room. What to do today? I thought to myself questioningly, I didn't have any plans and I'm pretty sure if Jane's on guard duty today, then the rest of the guard are to.
Whilst I got myself ready for the day I kept thinking of what to do. Once I was showered and dressed, I decided that I would grab my book that I hadn't started yet, and go down to the gardens to read.
With my book in hand, I left my room and made my way to the gardens to enjoy the Italian morning sun. I opened up the grand doors leading to said gardens, and walked around without a destination for what felt like 10-15 minutes. God this garden's massive.
Eventually, I found a nice place to read by a fountain, where the sun hit the grass perfectly, not to sunny not to shady, just perfect. I sprawled myself out on the grass and opened my book called, 'Velvet, By Mary Hooper.'
I sat getting lost in the pages of my book, until I heard the sound of bustling tree branches. I got myself up off the grass and looked around to see what was making the unwanted noise.
When I looked over to my left I could see someone walking out into the sun, though their back was facing me, the unmistakeable snow like hair was a massive giveaway as to who it was.
"Athenodora, what are you doing here?" I asked or more like shouted to her, clearly she hadn't realised I was here, because when she heard my voice her head whipped around.
