Chapter 25

"As I was admiring your make-out session, it's become kinda obvious that, um, we all like each other a lot," Karl said before taking another sip of his drink. "I took the time to ironically stop time to lookup why I feeling these emotions for more than one person." 

Sapnap had slowly begun to finally eat his gelato while Quackity wasn't quite ready to try his drink yet, but both of them had given their full attention to the brunette. 

"Have you guys ever heard of a polyamorous relationship?" Karl asked them. 

"Yeah, I've actually had that thought a few times," Sapnap admitted while biting his lip. 

Quackity looked between the two of them and raised a brow. "I haven't, what is it?" 

Karl nods while thinking for a moment. "Quackity, how do you feel about Sapnap?" 

"I'm sorry?" Quackity said slightly confused. 

"Like, what do you feel when you're around him?" Karl explained while placing his elbows on the table waiting for an answer. 

"Oh, well..." Quackity's heart began to race as he looked at his hands but could feel the eyes of both men on him. "W-Whenever we're together I just feel this overwhelming warmth in my chest, and that I feel safe around you... And now I've learned he's a great kisser so that's pretty cool," the raven added the last part quickly making Sapnap blush as he took another big bite of his magma cream. 

"Yeah, I can second that," Karl said looking at his boyfriend choke on his gelato. Then the brunette bites his lower lip, not making eye contact with either of them. "So then... How do you feel about me?" 

Quackity blushes and smiles. "I want you as much as I want Sapnap. I want to hold you, take care of you when you're down, protect you, and not to mention... Kiss you," the raven whispered the last part feeling flustered admitting it. 

"You do?" Karl asked cheerfully and somewhat relieved. "And you want to kiss me?"

Quackity crosses his arms and pouts. "I thought I made it obvious..." 

The brunette lets out an awkward laugh scratching the back of his neck. "I didn't really connect any of the dots until you and Sapnap kissing just now."

Sapnap puts his spoon down, half of his gelato already gone, he looks from Quackity to Karl raising his brows. "Now that we know how Quackity feels," the demon slides his arm over Quackity's shoulders and slides him closer. "And I believe we are on the same page, do you want to be the one to ask him?"

"Ask me what?" Quackity said feeling small under his roommate's muscular arm. "Is this about the polygon relationship thing?"

Karl looks at him with his enthralling turquoise eyes with a big smile on his face. "Quackity, a polyamorous relationship is when you're in a relationship with more than one person."

Quackity's heart starts to race as his eyes widen. "Y-You mean, a relationship w-with you and-" he turns to his roommate who had a large, blushing grin on his face as he pulled Quackity into a tighter embrace. 

"And me!" Sapnap exclaims. 

Karl giggles resting his head on his hands as he admired the two boys. "Sap and I haven't really fully discussed it, but I kinda figured we had the same idea."

'So Karl and Sapnap both like me?' Quackity's mind began to race and get flustered. 'And I actually like them both as well because they are both amazing and attractive people so does that mean that I can really date both of them with this polygon- I-I mean polyamorous relationship?'
