Chapter 5

(I wrote this and the rest of the last chapter for 4 hours straight, I'm tired lol)

Karl had led the group back to the entrance of the building, "If we go straight down the North hall you find the cafeteria where we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but only at certain times; so don't miss it." Everyone nods, except for Sapnap who feels sick to his stomach. 

'He recognized me... I know he did...' Sapnap thought about the professor's eyes went dark when they made eye contact in the dorm room. He really didn't want to be involved in whatever he walking on, but you don't always get to choose. The end of the hall opened up into a giant room with many tables and many students. Once again, the university is very species friendly: There were four different concession stands that we on the left side of the room. One had normal human food, then one for animal hybrids, one for netherfolk, and then the final one was for ender-species. 

"Oh my god!" Tubbo yelled in amazement. "Please tell me this is all free!?" He said while clasping his hands together looking at Karl while his goat ears fell back and his tail wagging. It was quite adorable, even Ranboo was blushing at the sight. Karl giggled and patted his shoulder. 

"For the most part, yes. Everyone here gets one free meal at each mealtime, so that means you can get your free lunch, but you can't come back ten minutes later to get a second lunch," Karl explains. Tommy crosses his arms. 

"Okay, what if I come back in a disguise hmmm?"

"Well, they actually are required to scan your fingerprints so they can keep track of how much food is getting eaten, so no that won't work." Tommy huffs at Karl who was only answering his question. 

"Okay no more explaining let's just get food," George says annoyed. They all scan their fingers at the front desk they split up to get food. Karl, Dream, and George go to the human concession, Tommy and Tubbo go to the hybrid concession, Ranboo to the ender-species concession, and Sapnap to the nether concession. Sapnap wasn't feeling too hungry so he just gets himself a magma cream shake. 

When his order is finished he looks out to the large seating area, but can't seem to see any of his friends. "Shit, where did they go..." 

"Sapnap!" Sapnap nearly dropped his shake but calmed when he realized it was only Karl. Karl raised an eyebrow at his shake, "Is that all your having, I thought you weren't feeling good?" Sapnap panicked and came up with an excuse. 

"Oh, yeah, I just don't eat as much when I don't feel good..." Sapnap explained, Karl nods his head and looks back over at all the tables. 

"Where should we sit?" George asked walking up to the other side of Sapnap with Dream. 

"Let's sit over there," Sapnap points to a long ten-person table in the middle of the cafeteria. A few seconds later Tommy, Tubbo, and Ranboo walk up. 

"Sure!" Karl excitedly agreed to lead the group once again. Tommy sits at the head of the table, Tubbo and Ranboo sit on the right side of the table, then Dream and George sit on the left side, Karl skips a seat so Sapnap could sit next to Dream. His heart fluttered as Karl patted the seat next to him, so Sapnap sits. 

"So I see you not only piss off random strangers but your own family as well?" Dream asked bluntly taking a bite of his BLT. Tommy rolled his eyes. 

"Screw off, my family loves me either way," Tommy remarks poking at his salad. Tubbo, who had gotten the same thing to eat, took a big chomp of it before he started to speak. 

"You know, you guys are going to be roommates all year, you two should probably start getting along." Tommy and Dream both huff. 

"Yeah, says the person who got to room with his boyfriend," Tommy mutters.
