(Turning back time to the morning of Sapnap and Quackity's fight)

Sapnap stood in the same spot as he heard his roommate's footsteps going down the hall, he wasn't able to comprehend what just happened. "Did... Did I do something wrong?" He felt sick to his stomach trying to think of what he might've done to upset Quackity. Suddenly he felt his emotions go cold. "Whatever," he muttered to himself and got himself ready for his first class.

He locked his dorm behind him and headed to the elevator, waiting a few moments before pushing the button. He sighed when he didn't hear a boy yelling at him to keep the door open. When he reached the bottom floor the doors opened and he started heading towards the exit. There were many other species lounging in the lobby with their backpacks, probably waiting for their friends so they could walk to class together.

Sapnap had started walking the path to the school building when he heard a poof next to him. "Wow, people are really social here..." He quickly turned to the voice next to him, putting his hands up ready to fight. He then rested them to his side and looked up at the black and white ender-mixed species, who was awkwardly putting his hands up. "Uh, it's only me, heh heh..."

"Oh yeah, you're Ranboo right?" Sapnap asked sighing in relief. Ranboo nodded.

"Yup, that's me. Sorry if I scared you," He apologized, which the shorter demon blushed in response.

"What? No, I wasn't scared. I was just... Practicing my reflexes... Duh!" Sapnap defended.

Ranboo slowly nodded his head, "Right, good to know." The two of them continue walking in awkward silence until Sapnap finally decided to speak up.

"So what class are you heading to?" He asked looking at the taller species.

"I have literature with your dad actually, how about you?"

"I have potions and enchantment with Mr. Philza," He replied while looking at his schedule. It wasn't that he couldn't remember his four classes, but he kept hoping it would magically change and the government class wouldn't be there.

"Oh yeah, Philza is a great guy. I've only known him for a few years but he really is like a... like a dad!" Ranboo's eyes lit up talking about the professor.

'Well, at least he would have a few good professors,' by this point they had made it into the entrance of the building. They both turned to each other and Sapnap gave a little wave. "Have a good class with my dad, and don't cuss." He added that last part seriously.

"Will do and you too!" Ranboo responded with a thumbs up and they headed to their classes. Sapnap walked into the room that he had visited the day before looked for the first open seat.

"Tommy, if you are going to be in my class you have to follow the rules like all the other students, you don't get special privileges," Mr. Philza scolded as Tommy rolled his eyes and took his seat in the front of the class. Philza sighed then noticed me standing in the door and waved. "Oh hello," he grabbed a sheet of paper and looked at a list of names, and then looked back up. "Ah, you're Mr. B's son right?"

"Haha, yeah, Sapnap," he answered the professor who gave a warming smile back at him.

"Well, it's good to have you in my class, if you'd like you can take a seat next to Tommy right there," Philza told him pointing to the seat right of his son. Sapnap didn't really want to, but he also wasn't going to be rude and sat next to Tommy. "Maybe you can keep him in check during class haha," he joked while Tommy ruffled his wings in annoyance. Sapnap doesn't know how to react, so he just awkwardly laughs.

- One hour and a half later -

As soon as the class was over Sapnap dropped his pen and stretched his hand. He hasn't had to write that much since he had finals in high school. "And one more thing to keep in mind is to study those notes for tomorrow, I'll be having a quiz over the basic safety rules for this class," Mr. Philza announced to the class.
