A Misunderstanding : The Music Freaks :

"Remind me why you are in that stupid Music club?" Drew asked, annoyed. "I already told you, its just to impress Daisy. she likes singers, remember?" Jake replied, recalling his conversation with Daisy outside the music room to his friends. "So, you'll leave the club after that competition, since you will finally ask her out, right?" asked Liam. "He better." replied Drew coldly. "And Henry, if i hear you say another word about lettuce, im going to lose my mind." Henry immediately stopped talking and shrank back into his chair. "Dont worry guys, I already said i'd leave the club after the competition." Jake reassured his friends. "I have to get to rehearsals, ill catch you guys later." he picked up his lunch tray and walked off. Drew wore an annoyed face and Henry picked up on it. "awwww, are you jealous that those music nerds get to talk to your boyfriend instead of you?" he teased. "ok fine, maybe i AM a bit jealous, so what?" he replied, exasperated. "i dont get why he is hanging out with those music freaks more than us." "Maybe he actually ENJOYS hanging out with them. he seems pretty spaced out most of the time" Suggested Liam. "I bet you wish those Freaks would just kick him out. that would make things easier"Added Henry. Drew paused. He looked like he was thinking about something, then broke into his usual devilish smile. "yeah that would be great" He responded. Henry and Liam were taken aback by his looks. "your planning something, arent you?" Asked Henry. "Maybe, none of your business anyway" Retorted Drew with a Sneer. "Dont tell me your gonna try and get the music freaks to kick him out yourself" Replied Liam with a stunned look. "of course not. those idiots wouldnt listen to me anyway." Drew replied with contempt. He got up with his tray and left with a mischievous grin on his face.

Drew went to the music room and stood outside the door. He could hear chatter inside the room. he recognized Zander and Jake. they were arguing about Jake being late. "Relax Zander, it wont happen again" said Jake. "you say that everytime!" shouted Zander. Drew walked past the music room to a set of lockers. he found the right one and pulled out a hair pin, courtesy of Zoey, and began picking the lock. after about thirty seconds, he heard a click and the locker creaked open. he smiled and reached inside. he pulled out a familiar blue-ish backpack, he reached inside. a book, a pencil, a binder and finally, a cellphone. he pulled out the cellphone and turned it on. please dont have a password! Thought Drew. he tried to go to the home screen, and was met with a keypad. "damnit!" He growled under his breath. He tried a couple of things the password could be but none worked. he heard a door creak open and he looked around the corner. the music room door had been opened and he heard jake talking. "I just forgot my phone. im going to grab it." Drew panicked and shoved everything into the bag and closed the locker. he turned the corner towards the music club. "Oh, Hey Jake." Drew greeted as he walked past. "Sup, Drew" Jake replied as he walked towards his locker. the one Drew had just been searching through. Drew had an idea. He rounded the corner once again and walked towards Jake. "hey Jake, can i ask you something?" Drew questioned. "oh, sure, whats up?" replied Jake, grabbing his phone from his bag. "I just wanted to ask about your REAL opinion of those idiots." Jake froze. "the music club?" He asked. "yeah, your hanging out with them alot lately." replied Drew, faking annoyance. Jake opened up his phone and replied "We've just been working on the song we'll be playing during the competition. I mean, they arent really as bad as you think" he answered casually. Drew watched as he typed in his password. 3 0 5 4. "sure, whatever you say. ill talk to you later, Jake." Said Drew as he turned and walked away. "bye Drew!" called Jake. Drew walked down the hall away from the club, unbeknownst that someone had seen him looking through Jakes locker. He decided to see where this was going before telling anyone. "This could be interesting." he whispered to himself.

Meanwhile, in the music room,

"-and ive already finished creating the track. now we just need vocals and its set." said Sean. "so ill get to practice my Guitar riffs?" asked Milly excitedly. "yes, Milly." Replied an exasperated Hailey. Milly jumped in excitement and picked up her guitar. she hooked up the speakers and AMP, and strummed a few times. a booming soundwave shot out of the speakers, disturbing the peaceful, quite music room. "maybe turn that down a bit." Said Jake as he walked back into the room. Milly pouted and turned the speaker down. "i cant wait to get back to my baby!" exclaimed Luke, staring excitedly at his drum kit. "careful, luke, you'll make Zander jealous." Teased Milly. "Im not jealous!" shouted Zander from the doorway. he walked to his keyboard with a frustrated look on his face. "alright, everyone ready?" asked Hailey as they got ready to Rehearse a song. "yup" replied Jake, standing at the microphone. everyone else gave silent signals with their instruments, and they started. completely unaware that tomorrow, everything was going to fall apart.
