Boom

The spark from the primer igniting the gunpowder. Gas converted from the burning powder rapidly expanding in the cartridge. The bullet quickly shot from the barrel and spun in the air hitting Lyla in the middle of the forehead.

The last sound she ever heard. Miggy slowly kissed back but pulled away quickly as he felt a giggle against his lips. "What the hell's so funny? Or do you just finally go bat shit insane?" He asked as I laughed and dropped my hand down. "I forgot to turn my safety off." I dropped to the ground, slowly letting go of his shirt laughing and put pressure on the trigger showing him it didn't move. "But she's dead?" Miggy questioned.

"Hey." Celeste waved as she popped her head out of the window behind me waving her hand. "Really?" Miggy raised an eyebrow. "Hey." All the others said from inside and on top of buildings, and in different parts of the alleyway.

"I hate you guys." Miggy said, rubbing his temples. "Meh." We all said as we rounded up. "Ok let's go." I say as I jump on top of a dumpster and into the building.

Miggy looked at Luciana's dead body and the tears finally fell down his face before he jumped on the dumpster and into the building.

"I got this." Venus said, looking at Miggy and I while grabbing the dead body. I nodded my head and grabbed Miggy's wrist dragging him to the car.

July 1st.
"You have to eat something." I told Miggy while holding a dino nuggie up to his face.

"Not hungry." He replied simply. "You haven't eaten in two days." I narrowed my eyes at him still holding the dino nuggie.

"Leave me alone, Atom." Miggy said laying on the other side of his bed so his back was to me. "Miggy!" I said pulling him flat on his back then sat on his torso.

"Eat." I said sternly. "I'm fine." He replied, turning his head away from me. "Please?" I asked. "It'll make me worry less." I said.

"I said I'm fine and plus the only thing you worry about is running out of dino nuggies currently." Miggy said, grabbing my hips and lifting me off of him and threw me back onto the bed. "... Rude." I crossed my arms and rolled my eyes.

"I don't understand how you were so fine when Miles died." Miggy said. "I try not to get emotionally attached to many people so I don't get hurt.. Fucking family." I said in my usual monotone but mumbled the last part .

"You're definitely a Capricorn." He rolls his eyes. "Bro you're a Capricorn too. But you're a December Capricorn. I'm technically a January Cap-Aqua Cusp and for the majority of my life I thought I was an Aquarius." I look over at him.

"Whatever, just leave." He says flipping over and curriling back up into a ball. I sat there for a minute and I stared at his back contemplating what to do.

I finally crawled over to him and hugged him. "Atom?" Miggy asked, looking at me. "I'm not good at affection or communication or people but I read somewhere that this can help raise oxytocin levels and make you feel better." I say while continuing to hug him.

We stayed in that position for a minute before I let go. I sit against the bed frame and put a dino nuggie in my mouth and sigh. I put my legs half up and look at the ceiling. A silence around the room, not even our breathing could be heard.

Miggy crawled over to me and opened my legs up before laying his head underneath my breast and wrapped his good arm around my torso after he grabbed my hand and put it on his head while letting the other arm rest to the side.

I sighed as he closed his eyes as I started playing with his hair. "This is comfort." He mumbled. ".... I don't understand? How do you find this comforting?" I was puzzled.
