Xavier and I walked to one of the booths and he didn't even talk to me. He just leaned back against the chair, and crossed his arms staring right into my eyes.

We stayed like this for a few minutes before a waiter came up to us. His emerald green eyes eyed me which made Xavier's jaw tense slightly.

"What would you guys like to order?" He asks, his eyes still trained on me.

"Um I'd just like some onion rings and a cola please," I say.

"Of course," he smiles. "And what would you like?" He asks, turning to Xavier.

"For you to fuck off," he says glaring at the guy.

"Xavier!" I snap.

"What?" He says, through gritted teeth.

I just roll my eyes, and look back up at the surprised waiter.

"Sorry about that. Just scratch the whole order, we'll be leaving now," I say.

"Sorry about the inconvenience," he says shyly before walking away.

I then narrow my eyes at Xavier, who had a winning grin on his face. What the hell was actually wrong with this guy. How could he be so rude to the waiter who did nothing wrong?

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" I snap, taking off the rollerblades and walking out of the booth.

"Nothing mama," he says, following closely behind me.

"Just take me home Xavier," I sigh, entering the car and slamming the door.

"I thought you wanted the information for your case though," he says, opening the door back open again. "Isn't that what this date was to you? To get all the information you can from me, then never speak to me again? That's what today was, wasn't it?"

He looked frustrated and sad as he spoke to me. He held a firm grip on the door that tightened every minute I ignored his questions.

"Wow," he scoffs before shutting the door.

We then drove back home in silence. I wanted to say something, but every time I tried he would just look the other way.

"You know you don't have to act like a brat," I sigh, as he pulls up to my driveway.

"Excuse me?" He says, screeching to a halt, and turning off the ignition.

"You heard me," I say, looking him dead in the eye.

He takes a breath, tilting his head back which causes his gorgeous dark hair to fall backwards. His jawline becomes more prominent than it was before.

Xavier then turned the keys, and drove out of the driveway.

"What are you doing?" I asks.

He ignores me and continues to drive. After about a half hour, he makes his way up to this huge ass house. My eyes widen as we approach the driveway which literally was more square feet than my own home.

"Why are you bringing me here Xavier?"

"Get out of the car," was all he said, as he took his arm and went across me, opening the car door.

"No," I state, crossing my arms.

"Do you want me to carry you out," he says looking at me seriously.

"No," I say quietly, getting out of the car.

We walked to the entrance and the door was grand. I swear it was at least 20 feet tall.

"Wow," I say under my breath in awe.

I heard Xavier snicker slightly before unlocking the door, and entering inside the house. I was so in shock by how huge everything was that I just stood out front just intaking all the details of the entrance.
