Nova's POV:

"Princess, are you sure you want to go through all of this. It's a tough read, even for me," says Ayla holding mountains of documents that are the key factors into bringing an end to the main ring leader William Toch, and his minions.

His name was brought up once in passing since I thought he'd be there when I went to raid that building in Pento. He had already fled, and I was pissed.

However, now that I have Ayla secretly working on the case with me, she has been able to sneak around and find out the location of where he's staying at right now.

"Let me read," I say, taking the papers from her.

I begin to read, and Ayla just sits in silence as she watches my facial expression slowly turn into disgust. I have never been this sick to my stomach before.

William Toch is an evil man.

His right hand man, Kelly Reese is an evil man.

All the people apart of that sex-ring are evil. When I took on this case I thought it would just be a mafia drug bust for Alvaro Rodriguez.

Never in my mind did I think I would be on the brink of taking down a major human trafficking circle! I am happy that these fuckers will go to jail, but I am disgusted in how this shit is even a real thing.

How can someone have sexual relations with infants? With children my daughters age? This is just fucking disgusting, and as I continued to read, the more sick I was feeling.

"Ayla I need to put an end to this now," I state, clenching my jaw in pure anger.

"I know Princess, but you can't do that all by yourself. You have to inform your lieutenant, and partner about your new found evidence. You need to hear their opinions. Even though I hate Oliver," she mumbles that last part.

"Okay," I sigh, putting the documents down. "Fuck Ayla, this is sick."

"I know," she says, shaking her head. "Humans are despicable creatures."

I then grab my phone, and call Kieran.

"Kieran I've just found some indisputable evidence that will take down all those fuckers," I say.

"Nova are you serious! This is amazing! Send me it right away, but how did you gather all this evidence though? You were supposed to be on a break."

Well the break I took ended up me getting kidnapped with my daughter, and fucking traumatized in a fuckin cell with a shithole you raped me... but I can't tell him that or he'll force me to take a ridiculous amount of days off which I don't want to do.

"Sorry Kieran," is all I say.

I wish I could tell Kieran about Ayla, and how she found all this evidence for me, but I can't. I don't want him to know about her since Ayla is a fucking assassin, and even though she kills corrupt and sick individuals, the fbi would still put her in jail as fast as they could.

"Nova, I want you to come down to the station tomorrow. If you are done your break then we'll look over the evidence together. Oliver has also been digging, and found some more suspects we should definitely be questioning."

"Good to hear. I'll be there tomorrow. Regular time?" I ask.

"I want you to still take it easy. Be here around twelve, okay Ms. Myers," he says gently.
