"Oliver. It's good to see you," says Mother, who answered the door.

"It's good to see you as well Anita," smiles Oliver, giving her a kiss on the cheek. "And you too Joseph."

Oli placed his both hands on my shoulder as he greeted everyone. He seemed nervous however, because I could feel his fingers shaking like crazy.

Oli then looked to Xavier, and Ayla. He let go of me, and walked toward them with his friendly smile.

"Hey, my name is Oliver. Oliver Hasting," he says, shaking both of there hands.

"Ayla creed," says Ayla.

"Xavier Costa," says Xavier.

"Dinner is now ready. Come sit at the table," says Mother, taking Oliver's arm and moving him from the door to the table.

"Who's that?" Asks Xavier, and Ayla in unison.

"My best friend of 18 years," I say.

"Wow," says Ayla in astonishment.

Xavier however didn't say anything. He kept quiet as we situated ourselves at the table. Xavier, and Maya sat beside me, while Oliver sat directly in front of me.

"Mama?" He says hushly.

"Yeah?" I say, giving him my full attention.

"I don't like how this guy is staring at you," he says, his jaw tensing as he keeps from glaring at Oliver.

"He hasn't seen me in years," I say. "And besides I told him about us."

"Us?" He says, the corner of his mouth turning upward.

"Yes. Xavier you don't have to worry. I'll tell you the whole story later, but what you need to know is that he's a good friend of mine, so be nice," I say, squeezing his hand from under the table.

"I'll try," he chuckles lightly.

"So Oliver. What have you been doing with your time now? You know, since the incident. I mean it must have hurt when Nova just disappeared all of a sudden."

"Nora!" Snaps Nico.

"No it's alright. I already told her how I felt, and what I did with my time," he says, looking at me softly.

"But I mean she left. She didn't tell you or anything."

"She said sorry. I forgave her, now cool it Nora," says Oliver.

"Unbelievable," she scoffs.

"Why do you care so much," I snap. "I had to leave! I didn't have a choice!"

"Yes you did Nova! You had a choice and you decided to leave me! You were my only sister, and you left! You're just a selfish bitch!"

"Hey!" Says Xavier, Ayla, and Oliver in a warning tone.

"This is the exact reason why I left," I scoff. "It was because of you and you're fuckin attitude toward me! It was because of you Neal, and your rude comments. It was because of you, parents and your overbearing nature. I couldn't handle it, and I left. I left, and I'm fuckin glad I did!"

"Mamma," says Maya softly.

"And I'm going to leave right now, before I say something I regret," I huff.

"There's the Nova I know. Leaving when shit gets hard!" Scoffs Neal. "You're an embarrassment to the Myers name."

"Are you fuckin kidding me," laughs Xavier in an unfunny manner. "What the hell is wrong with you. The moment I walked into his house, you and Nora have been bitching and moaning about Nova leaving you guys. If I was her, shit, I'd do the exact same thing because y'all are fuckin annoying. You guys are jealous aren't you."
