Volume 5 Chapter 15 Its Over!

Ruby's POV

Ruby: "F/N!"

F/n falls through the dome window on the roof shattering the glass and falling onto a pice of rebar impaling him right through the torso. Weiss runs towards him but emerald shoots in her direction stopping Weiss in her tracks, Weiss slowly backs up and regroups with us

Blake: "Whats the plan Ruby?"

I look up to see Don standing there looking over all of us I Take my shot and fire a bullet at him, it hits him in the shoulder he looks at me and runs away

Ruby: "Coward!"

Blake: "RUBY! what's the plan"

Ruby: "Oh right um?" I look around to see our options and we don't have many but I have an idea "By me some time to get to F/n"

Weiss: "Are you sure?"

Ruby: "Yes make a ice wall or something" I propel my self off of crescent rose and kneel right next to
F/n. "Hey"

F/n: "H-He-" he begins to cough up blood I grab his hand and squeeze it as hard as I can

Ruby: "W-What do you want me to do?"

F/n: "I'm gonna need you to pull" I freeze for a little but I grab his hand and nod

Ruby: "F/n are you ready" he shakes his head. "Well you don't have a choice ok 3...2...1..."

I begin to pull F/n off of the rebar his screams of pain make my heart drop I can't believe I'm doing this. He's off the rebar but he's losing a lot of blood, I look at my hands to see them covered in his blood I cover my mouth as I begin to cry

Jaune: "Ruby! Bring him over here"

I look at Jaune waving his hand I grab F/n and drag him towards Jaune

Ruby: "do you think you can heal him?"

Jaune: "I can try but this went right through his intestines"

Ruby: "B-But you healed wei-"

Jaune: "Weiss got lucky it nearly missed her but she was fine F/n... F/n might not make it I hate to say Ruby I really do but I'm sorry"

my eyes begin to be engulfed with sadness, tears start rolling down my cheeks I grab crescent rose and return to the fight Weiss and Blake are holding there own against Mercury and Emerald so I run over to help Nora, Ren, Qrow , and oscar

Nora: "I just need him to go DOWN" Nora hits hazel through three walls

Ruby: "Are you guys ok?"

Ozpin: "We're fine how's F/n?"

Ruby: "Jaune...Jaune said he may not make it"

Qrow: "Don't worry kiddo he's a tough kid I'm sure he'll pull through" he try's to stand up but falls onto his knee

Ruby: "Uncle Qrow!"

Qrow: "I'm fine kid, I can't believe Don would betray us like that"

Ozpin: "I wasn't even expecting it"

Ruby: "I should have expected it"

Qrow: "What do you mean Ruby?"

Ruby: " A few days ago he threatened me when I was watching F/n train he said "maybe once he's done morning his mommy and daddy I'll keep him in black on your behalf'" "

Qrow: "and you didn't tell me"

Ruby: " I'm sorry I just wasn't thinking properly"

Weiss " Yang!"
