Refusal

Karl stumbled into his bedroom, tired from his mission saving the crewfu. He picked up his phone and saw multiple missed calls from Sapnap.

A groan escaped his mouth. He was so tired that he didn't really want to talk to his boyfriend but knew that they never really got to talk

Sapnap missed his boyfriend and wanted him to come up to the airship. So he was currently trying to convince him to move

"Karl!" Sapnap voice rang out. Karl winced and gave Sapnap a we saw smile

"Hey, sorry. We just got back from a mission," he said and Sapnap just kept smiling

"Karl, we never get to see each other. Why don't you come up here," he said. Karl nodded slwoly

"Maybe a visit would be fun-" he started to say. Sapnap cut him off with a shocking sentence

"I meant permanently,"

"Sapnap, you know I can't. Tina has to keep an eye on me to make sure my powers don't-"

"Cause George can't do that? Karl, it's been forever since I've seen you,"

"Even if I wasn't on Mira, don't you think you'd feel the same way while I was on earth?"

"I know, I know. But you can put in for a transfer-" Sapnap started to say, trying desperately to convince his boyfriend

"Then why don't you? You can come down here and work on Mira. I can't, Tina wouldn't let me," he said in a slightly snappy tone

Sapnap glared at him through the screen, slightly annoyed at Karl

"Um, I was the only reason you even went to Mira. So excuse me for not wanting to leave my team,"

"And you think I do? I like it on Mira. I don't want to go to the airship," he snapped. Sapnap flinched at Karls harsh tone

"We barely get to talk, is it wrong that I want to be able to see and spend time with you?!"

"I thinks it's wrong that you expect me to give up what makes me happy just because you want me to! I wouldn't do it for Quackity, why would I for you?"

"Karl...maybe we need a break,"

"What?"

"I just, I don't think that we should be together anymore,"

"If that's how you feel, then fine," Karl snapped. The second he hung up though he started to cry.

Someone knocked on the door and opened it. Corpse saw his friend on the floor crying and sat down silently, pulling Karl close to his chest

Sapnap stared at the blank screen for a moment in shock. He could barely register what he had just said to Karl, what he had just done

He had broken up with Karl, the person that made him so happy. He had really fucked up
