"Tubbo? Tommy? Ranboo?" Toast asked when the gas didn't get set off. He got no response and became panicked. It was a losing battle unless they got that cure.
"Peter, stay alive. Please. I have to go find the kids. Aipha with me," Toast ordered and sprinted off.
They found them slowly trying to get up as Autumn kept them down. She looked over to Toast and Aipha with a glare.
"Autumn. Let them go," Toast ordered her. Aipha stared at her face, having never seen her before.
"No. There is no happy ending here Toast," she growled. Aipha and Toast held her off and Ranboo watched before crawling over to the button. He slammed his hand down on it and the cure was released.
The Crewfu stopped fighting, confused. They looked around as if they didnt know where they were. Then they saw SP7. Steve knew what happened first, knowing what was going on.
Peter saw this and made a decision, knowing it was now or never to do this. So he called it. Called the retreat
"Everyone to the dropships," Peter's voice rang out. Everyone listened. Toast and Aipha joined them, carrying Tommy and Tubbo onto a dropship as Ranboo struggled a little behind them.
The crewfu and half of Mira was on one ship. Steve realized that Cib was shutting the hanger doors, and there was only one way to get both ships out.
Steve looked around at his shaken crew, knowing there was only one way to save them. So Steve jumped out of the dropship and tackled Cib. Then it was a fight for dominance.
But the hanger never shut and both dropships left, leaving Steve behind all alone.
"Tina, turn back!" Hafu called, wanting to get Steve. Tina listened to her com
"Toast says no. We can't. That's too risky. We'll get Steve back soon but for now, we have to return you to your ships,"
"What?" Dumbdog asked, feeling his heart shatter. He had no clue why though, but him and Steve were finally friends, and now they were apart.
They had left behind Steve in the clutches of their enemy. There was little chance Steve would come out of this unharmed, or he could be put under mind control. So many things could happen it was scary. But the name of the people who held him rang in all their heads
