Gino knew it was consequences behind his actions but he was a man of his word and didn't like breaking his promises.
As he stood on side of her while she sat in the chair next to him; signing her signature on the papers in front of her. Her smile was from ear to ear, happy that everything was finally coming along for her. Even he held a small smile on his face as he watch her sign her signature on the dotted line; oblivious to the fact that the whole moment was being recorded.
"And all I need for you to do is put your signature here and here." The realtor said, Gino nodded his head and grabbed the pen. Taking a seat next to Saniya as he put his signature where he was told too.
As much as Gino hated lying to Reyna he did it once again. Yes, he did have to go Memphis but his departure wasn't until the next day which was today.
At this very moment he was helping Saniya close out on the building which would soon be her nail salon. Saniya had proved to Gino that she was definitely ready just by seeing her work and the clientele she was bringing in so he decided to co-sign on the building with her.
Co-signing on this building meant that Gino would receive revenue from the salon's monthly/yearly income and Gino was all about putting money in his pockets and helping people out.
He had seen that Saniya was devoted to making shit happen and decided to help her out. He was just too much a generous ass nigga and it was gone get him in trouble.
"Congratulations on your new business venture." The realtor said, as he handed Saniya the keys. Gino nodded his head as he shook the realtors hand; getting ready to leave himself he didn't need to be here any longer. His job was done.
"Thank you so much Gino." She said, as she abruptly hugged him. Saniya was excited she knew Gino wasn't into public affection; at least that's what he told her. Seeing that he didn't plan on hugging her back she moved off of him.
"Don't forget the meeting with the contractors is Monday." He said, as she nodded her head. Gino talked to her like they were business partners and she didn't like that.
He no longer had that look in his eyes when he spoke to her; that look of lust. She knew he was back fucking with Reyna from word of mouth and his actions had been proving it.
She knew he was a busy man and didn't have time to be playing around but she knew if she wasn't occupying him in his free time then somebody else had to be and that somebody else was Reyna. but what Saniya couldn't quite comprehend is why would he still be involved with somebody who set him up. Saniya was just another one caught up in her feelings about something that had nothing to do with her.
"I'm seeing you tonight?" She asks, in hopes that he said yes. Gino stroked his chin as he glided his tongue across his bottom lip.
"Make sure you at the meeting for nine. Aight?" He said, as she noddded her head.
Gino ain't waste not another second being around Saniya and Fallon. He didn't need Saniya getting the wrong idea. It was nothing between them.
Getting into the 2021 Cadillac Escalade and pulling off heading straight for the airport where he would be meeting with Gus.

"You working at the club tonight?" Reyna asked, as she stood behind the chair curling Faye's hair. She had just finished installing a quick weave with the Indian extensions from her hair line.
Faye was her sixth client of today and she had three more to go. Feeling overwhelmed she knew that overbooking herself wasn't a good thing.
