Upon the moment he arrived there was nothing but surprises. From the two Chanel shopping bags that sat in the backseat of the car between the two that she noticed when picked up. Jay Z & Beyoncé 'Part II: On The Run' played softly from of his 2022 Mercedes-Benz Maybach S 680 speakers.

Tonight instead of Gino being behind the wheel they were being chauffeured around. He was setting the tone for tonight.

His scent Baccarat Rouge was permanently infused into the car from how strong it was. It wasn't bad she loved the masculine smell. He had his dreads braided up into a ponytail. His skin was blemish free and glowed. Overall he just looked good.

Everything was planned by Gino. Unsure of what to expect once they got to where they were going. She was anxious. He had been full of surprises all day. From surprising the women at the shop to lunch up until now.

The space they were in now she loved it. Being showered with love and affection. They were moving foward in their life, her pregnancy was bringing them closer but all good things ain't last for long. You never know who was plotting to steal your joy.

You just had to be strong enough to overcome it.

"Everybody enjoyed the food trucks." She says as she looks at him. "You might have started something might do it every Thursday and Friday."

All the women in the shop loved being treated to lunch. The food was good and it even brought her a few new customers. She felt like it would be good for the shop as well as the food trucks.

"If you want to just let me know I'll make it happen." He says as she looks at him smiling. Always going above and beyond. Bringing his hand up to his lips he kissed it causing her to smile.

"I've decided on a date for the baby shower. I chose the ninth of January." She says she had finally decided on the date of the baby shower. She wanted it to be a month before her due date. Being that she would also be taking a leave in January as well. Which was doctors orders.

"Gus birthday..." He says as she nods her head. The date was special as well being it would have been Gus birthday, twenty-ninth.

"Me, Tyra, and your mom decided on that this morning. I wasn't sure at first being that I didn't want to seem selfish but they were the ones who suggested it."

"Gus wouldn't have mind. You giving him his first niece. His god-daughter." He says while clearing his throat.

Reyna looked at him giving him a small smile before Gus passed they both agreed that he and Tyra would be the god-parents to their daughter. Even though Tyra still would be presented with the honor of being so Gus wasn't here physically which hurt him the most.

"Thank you." He said. "I appreciate you for being patient with me." He says as he looks at her.

Gino was thankful for Reyna. He loved that she didn't give up on him and what they had.

They had been through a lot within the past few months and he was more then thankful for her. She could have gave and washed her hands with him at any given moment but she didn't.

"I'm patient with you because you're patient with me. I guide you, you guide me."

When two people were in love, they could bring out the best in each other.

A side some may have never seen and that was the case for them. Reyna brought out a affectionate side in Gino. Something he wasn't used to. While Gino actually showed her what love was and what it felt like to be actually be respected and love by a man. He also taught her how to love herself.

A man that's gentle with you is such an amazing thing. Being handled with care is the best.

Reyna's thoughts clouded her mind, that she didn't even notice the moment they pulled up to the restaurant and Gino was now out of the car holding his hand out for hers. Grabbing her clutch and phone, she placed her hand into Gino's as he helped her out of the car.
