"These are all your designs?" Reyna asked, as she looked at all the sets of acrylic nails. It was true when they say your work speaks for itself.

"Yes ma'am. This is just some of the few I did. These are apart of my press ons collection." The women spoke, Reyna had come to find out her name was Morgan.

Reyna was currently doing interviews for her shop. She had enough free time and decided to put it to use. She hated sitting on her ass all day.

"You don't have to call me ma'am. We the same age." Reyna said, as the two laughed.

"I'm sorry. It's just your presence seems so older. You're really mature for your age." Morgan stated, as she looked at Reyna slightly intimidated but not in a jealous way she was more so inspired. Inspired to get on her shit just like her.

The moment she met Reyna she carried so much class and poise like a real business woman she had a real down to earth vibe. Plus Reyna had that motherly vibe so she assumed she was older as well.

"Thank you." Reyna smiled, she loved compliments of how she carried herself.

"Why do you want to go from working in your own space to working in a shop?" Reyna asked, as she looked at her.

Before the girl could even say two words her phone began ringing; it wasn't nobody but Gino. Rolling her eyes she turned the ringer off silencing the call.

"I'm sorry." Reyna said, as she nodded her head.

"Well I wanted to give myself a challenge and see how well I work with other people. I've always wanted to work in the shop amongst other stylist and technicians." She said, Reyna nodded her head.

Reyna could tell she was slightly shy just by watching her she found it cute and could see why she wanted to work in a shop.

"Well you do know a shop has rules and are you okay with that?" She said, as Morgan nodded her head.

"Yes I understand and I'm fine with that. I know working under somebody come with rules and I may not like them but I know they apply to everyone." Morgan said, as Reyna smiled.

She was liking her response and could see the girl was definitely about her money.

"I don't want you to think you're working under me because you're not beneath me no one who will be working here is. You'll be working on side of me I may be your boss but I don't want you to think of it as you work for me you work for yourself." Reyna said, while her phone began going off one again this time it was silenced but it was still a strong vibration.

"I really admire your work. It literally speaks for itself. I'm would love for you to come and work at the shop." She said, as Morgan's smile went big.

When she had heard that Reyna was looking for stylist in her own shop she was excited; she knew all about Reyna and felt like she was one of the best stylist in Houston.

"Are you serious?" She asked, as Reyna nodded her head smiling. Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity." She said, as she stood up giving Reyna a hug. Reyna hugged her back smiling excited that she gave her this opportunity she was once in her shoes. Thriving to get to where she is now.

"I'll email you everything. From the rules and the booth rental fee. Everyone's first month of working here will be on me." Reyna said, as she nodded her head.

"Okay. Thank you. Thank you." She said, as Raven smiled. She loved how excited she was to be working in the salon. She hoped all of her stylists were the same way she wanted people that were happy to be here.

As she led Morgan out of her office that was finished in the salon. They carefully walked through the shop being that it was still under construction. She didn't want to do interviews like this but it was the only choice she had.
