Thousands of years ago. Back in an age shrouded in mystery.
A time before the Inquisition, the Legion of Death, and the Kingdom of Orion.
A time before Augustus Cesar and House Odin, the Great Elven Divide, and the Kingdom of Humanity.
Before the Greyke civilization.
Before the war of Order and Chaos.
Before Sol as it is known was born.
An age shrouded in mystery existed thousands of years ago, and it is known as the Age of Longinus.
In seven days, the Age of Longinus was created.
In seven days, the Father Covenant created Sol.
A miracle.
On the first day, Longinus, alone in an empty black void where the concept of objects or anything did not exist, issued a command.
"Let there be light."
And so, light was born.
It was beautiful. It was fantastical. It was breathtaking.
Because of this command, Longinus had created light, but he had also created the dark. The two were at equilibrium depending on the day. Therefore, if there was light, there was no darkness, and if there was darkness, there was no light.
That very first day was the beginning of everything.
On the second day, Longinus, floating around in the empty desolate of light and darkness, issued a new command.
"Let there be firmament."
And so, firmament was born.
His creation was divided into the sky and into the ocean. Lifeless places, the only difference between them was the intensity of the color they shared; blue.
The second day was the foundation for the third, and consequently, one of the most important pieces of this puzzle.
On the third day, Longinus, kept company by a desolate ocean and sky, issued a new command.
"Let there be land."
And so, land was born.
Land was a place that was separated from the sky and from the ocean. Seemingly, it was the same with all three of them. However, the ocean was far superior as it could flood the land - something it could never do to the sky.
But, the ocean around land would become the sea, and the ocean's water that was part of the land would become known as rivers.
Sol became the name of the land on the third day, and from there, things were starting to come together.
Longinus called forth vegetation; trees that yield fruit, herbs that yield seeds, and other plants that were creators of their own. The vegetation laid down the foundation for all future forms of life, and without vegetation, no lifeforms could exist.
So it was, so it was.
On the fourth day, Longinus, surrounded by land, ocean, and the sky, issued new commands.
"My seven children, my seven covenants, be born."
And so, the seven covenants were born.
Domination, Defiance, Salvation, Creation, Lamia, Time, and then Curator. Children born from Longinus' perfect image who were deemed perfect beings by him.
If only he knew what they would eventually become.
When the seven covenants were born, Sol's heart started thumping, and the world started spinning.
On the fifth day, Longinus, surrounded by his children and an empty Sol, issued new commands.
"Let the ocean, land, and sky be filled with an abundance of living creatures."
And so, it happened.
Living creatures came to Sol. Those with wings took flight and were the owners of the sky. Those with fins and gills took ownership of the ocean. Those without wings, fins, and gills took ownership of land, and became the dry creatures that walked over the blessed plains.
These animals were perfect without fault; harmonious and never fighting each other as they understood their placement within the world.
On the sixth day, Longinus, surrounded by his seven covenants and animals, called forth new creatures.
"Let there be intelligence."
And so, intelligence was brought.
Intelligent beings known as humans, beasts, elves, dragons, minotaurs, and many more were created. They would live on and in Sol. Housed by the creations made by Longinus and his seven children. Protected and guided by Longinus and his seven children.
So it was, so it was.
On the seventh and final day, Longinus, surrounded by a living and breathing Sol, sat down on this throne at the head of everything, and rested.
"The work I started is not finished, ...and it's only just begun."
His work was passed off to his children.
His seven children were given tasks according to their covenants, and they went to work creating Sol, the mightiest and most peaceful kingdom there ever was and will ever be.
Sol, a kingdom that spans across the world.
Sol, ruled by the Father Covenant, its Holder Longinus.
His people never knew thirst, and that's because they drink from the abundance of solicka rich rivers that endlessly flow.
His people never know hunger, they eat an endless supply of fruits and vegetables, and sacrifice unintelligent animals to satisfy their hunger.
They never know fear, Domination and Defiance keeps all fear away from them, and puts an end to anybody that would try to inflict fear upon Sol.
They never know agony, Salvation frees them from any suffering they might have before it can even happen.
They never age, Time always keeps them young and perfect. Because of him, Sollians across the kingdom always head down the best path.
They never know death, Creation keeps them spinning and always alive.
They never know evil, Lamia prevents all forms of evil from existing.
They never know conflict, Curator solves all their problems.
Sol, a mighty kingdom of everlasting peace. Inside of its walls was a thriving kingdom that never knew fear, agony, or suffering. No one had any desire to leave, and none of them would ever have the need to leave.
A kingdom with tens of millions inside of its walls.
Outside of its walls was a seemingly endless desert with various oases, forests, jungles, and other environments scattered about.
Sol, a kingdom of perfection.
Nothing about it could be criticized. Nothing about it left you unsatisfied.
The needs of all Sollians were met.
They would never find anything lacking.
A perfect kingdom that could only have been made in a perfect world.
A perfect kingdom that could have only been made in a perfect world by a perfect leader, the Father Covenant, Longinus.
"And so, my Age of Longinus has begun."
