We don't know where we are going but
We know where we belong..
---------------She changed into her regular clothes and lied down on the bed falling on her stomach.
Her eyes were having a dreamy glint this time as she continued lying silently in the bed with her eyes closed and the radiating smile not leaving her lips for even once.
"So?" her mother asked her looking at the permanent smile on her face.
"What?" she asked back with closed eyes.
"This smile is not leaving your face. What happened? You know right what your father would think if he saw you smiling this much? You are going to stay here for two more months. Go happily", her mother said as she looked at her in shock.
"But Mumma..."
"I don't want to hear anything. I don't want any kind of nuisance here till you are staying here. I want you to go to your in-law's place with all your dignity", her mother said before walking away as she felt tears prickling in her eyes. She sighed before sniffing a few times blinking her eyes to stop her tears.
Can she ever be happy in her life?
--------------------
She sighed entering inside the mall with her coffee in her hand. Of course, she was not one to follow rules and regulations. If he was expecting her to dress according to his choice he is so wrong, and the way he behaved with her that day made it very clear that his thinking is too traditional for her own good.
She wanted to live her freedom till her marriage. She didn't even want to see his face at this moment that much disappointed she was but somewhere she was happy she was getting married to a man who is not expecting any love from her.
She sighed sipping on her coffee. The creamy liquid immediately turning her mood happy as it went down her throat making her smile. If somebody called him a coffee addict she would be happy.
She remembers her mother telling her to wear a suit because now her marriage is fixed which was something she could never understand. How can clothes be a way to judge people this was beyond her.
Her eyes wandered around to find her friends.
"I thought I am going to buy you your coffee", she heard a masculine voice which made her smile.
"Angad", she laughed looking at him as he bowed down dramatically. She shook her head at his antics.
"Can I have a sip?", he asked pointing at her glass as she shook her head immediately taking another sip.
"Selfish", he muttered as she looked around.
"Where are others?" she asked him.
"They are on their way so we can talk till then", he told her as she nodded.
