It was raining heavily making a beautiful environment around with the fragrance of soil enveloping the atmosphere. Kimaya just completed feeding Avyukt who wasn't looking anywhere sleepy at the moment.

She moved to the sliding door with him in his arms who looked astonished feeling the sudden coolness in the atmosphere feeling warmth in his mother's arms.  She could notice a little redness on his cheek as he looked outside with curiosity.

She opened the door making him see the rain more closely but still keeping him under the roof so he won't catch a cold. Suddenly there was a sound of lightning making him jump in her arms while she shivered a bit as well.

"You love rain like Mumma, baby?", she asked as he nodded his head as if understood everything before clapping his hands suddenly seeing the birds moving around. She smiled at his happy face. Now, this was her life. The happiness of her loved ones made her feel happy. Is it because of motherhood or something else? She wondered feeling a little blush on her cheek.

Randhir was doing much better now. He was in his study at this point. She made a list in her mind about whether she gave him his coffee or not? Or should she ask him to give a visit to the doctor? She knew he was stubborn but she need to take care of her arrogant husband.

"Close the fucking door", she heard him shout suddenly making her jump as she turned only to find him standing on the last stair with fisted hands and gritted jaw. She could feel the storm approaching as she noticed his posture.

"Pa?", Avyukt whispered softly lifting his hands and asking his father to pick him up. Randhir's eyes immediately moved to his son who looked confused at the point.

"Close that door right now?", Randhir repeated stepping down the last stair. Kimaya unknowingly took a step back. She could feel the warmth of his anger increasing the temperature around her.

"But...", she was speaking when he raised his eyebrows making her follow his demand immediately.

He never cursed around her much. What was wrong with him? She never heard this f word from his mouth till this tenure of their marriage but what actually changed?

"Give Yukt to me", he ordered again being extremely rude that this time she felt tears burning her eyes.

"You weren't well yesterday. I think I should take care of Avu today", she rambled unknowingly holding Avyukt closer to herself.

He moved closer to her forcefully taking Avyukt from her who looked rather confused.

"When I say give my son, you are no one to say otherwise", he spoke as a tear finally leaked out of her eyes hearing his voice dipped in hatred, disgust, and anger.

"But he is our son", she whispered trying to move closer to him.

"No, he isn't", Randhir spoke making her stop in her track.

"You forgot Ms. Kimaya you were the same person who said having a child with me would be a mistake. That our child would be a monster like me and you would hate him. Now, I am letting you free from my clutches and my blood", he spoke venomously as she stared at him in shock.

"Aap... Aap ye kya bol rahe hai"

"You... What are you saying?", she asked in a shivery voice.

"The thing I should've said before", he spoke angrily. She moved closer to him cupping his jaw and making him look into her teary eyes.

"Did I do something wrong?", she asked in a feary voice.

"Cut this shit, Kimaya, and leave my life", he spoke curtly making her stare at him in shock as more tears followed her previous ones. She took a deep breath wiping her tears before clearing her voice.
