A whole month in Inazuma with the Balladeer is probably the second most exhausting thing in the world. Taking a deep breath, Bella lets herself sink into the hot spring and exhales in satisfaction, as the warm water releases the tension she didn't know she had. Even though Inazuma is her former home, she never intended to go back. Too many things happened there for her to love it the way she used to. Now that she's back in Liyue, she feels much more at ease. Next week, they will be returning to the Tsaritsa's palace and get further instructions. Seeing that the other harbingers are already handling the situation in other regions, she doesn't think she'd have to worry much. It's only a shame La Signora had to die. It was tragic, she went through a lot of pain, but perhaps it was for the best, to be reunited with her lover in the afterlife.

'It must be my lucky day.' Her peace get disturbed harshly and she opens her eyes to see Childe towering over her from dry land.

'If it isn't destruction itself...' she mumbles, only earning an amused laugh from the youngest harbinger.

'What are you even doing here?'

'Just wanted to check up on my favorite sparring partner.'

'We never sparred...'

'Wait we didn't?!'

'You act like I forced you to eat with chopsticks.'

'As I should! We have to spar soon!' She let's out another deep sign and closes her eyes shut again, not wanting to talk to him any further.

'I'm not fighting you. I want to rest for the remaining week, before getting put to work again. So don't waste my time on meaningless sparring. If I want to get stronger, I'll take care of that myself.'

'Please?'

'No means no. I really can't be bothered.'

'Fine, you're such a sore loser.'

'So what if I am. Not everyone wants to fight and kill everything and anything that catches their eye.'

Okay, that kind of hurt his small heart. Does she really think that way of him? It's true that he always wants to get stronger, but does it really look like he always wants to kill everything in sight?

'You think I kill for fun?'

'Yes. Just like Scaramouche, Dottore, Pantalone...like those other crazy harbingers basically.'

'I only kill when on missions or when ordered. I wouldn't simply kill an innocent person!'

'Goodness Childe, are you only here to argue with me or do you need something else? I just want to rest up because that damn Balladeer has completely ruined my mood and drained my energy.'

'Okay, okay, I'm sorry. It just struck a nerve when you told me you only saw me as a killer.'

'My apologies then. I'm just exhausted and I don't have the energy to hold a conversation. It's already tiring to constantly get talked down by that dwarf, let alone spend an entire month with that thing.'

'I understand. Wouldn't want to get paired up with him either. Instead, La Signora got assigned to me in Liyue and then she perished in Inazuma. From my understanding, that Balladeer can handle his stuff perfectly on his own.' She simply hums in response and soon she senses a weight settling it self down behind her head, before feeling a pair of hands comb through her hair.

'What are you doing?'

'Helping you rest up. You once said how your ex-boyfriend used to play with your hair to help you calm down and relax.'

'Now did I? Must've been a long time ago since I spoke about him....'

'Can I ask you one last question?'
