Hyunjin's relationship with Felix was one many people could not understand. The taller was no doubt, a very toxic person to even be associated with and many, especially Minho, has told Felix to find someone better but the freckled boy could not.

Hyunjin was part of a gang group called Stray Kids. They were known to all of Korea and were the most feared among rookie gang groups and sometimes even higher-up gang groups. They were known to be the most ruthless and merciless to those who cross them and they won't mind getting their hands bloody to get what they want.

That was when work was involved, of course. Among each other, everyone was close friends and had known each other since they could walk. Everyone was friendly with each other and could crack up a few light-hearted jokes here and there. Well, everyone except Hyunjin.

The taller was the most distant in the group and he wouldn't even bother mingling around once they were done with a mission. He kept to himself and only spoke when necessary. Jisung and Jeongin had tried to get Hyunjin to open up but it was no use; the taller was extremely cold and rude that the both of them gave up even trying to be friends with him.

But that all changed when Chan had brought in a new member to the group. Hyunjin could care less about the newbie but he had to admit that their newest member was an interesting one. He didn't know much about his backstory but he knew that his name was Felix and that Chan had found him in an illegal fighting ring.

He didn't welcome him but the others made it comfortable for him to come out of his shell. His duality for one was insane. Hyunjin and basically everyone in the group noticed that Felix was nothing but a total sweetheart but when it comes to working, he was a totally different person.

Hyunjin thought he would be a troublesome bother to be in the group since he was new but he was anything but that. Felix knew how to fight and he kept up their reputation of being one of the most feared groups in Seoul. It was scary, how the freckled boy could be so sweet and kind with everyone but once someone decides to fuck things up, he would turn to one of the deadliest members of the group.

The freckled boy was close to Minho than everyone else, both sharing a passion for cooking and dancing. But why the younger decided to pester the taller? Hyunjin didn't know.

Hyunjin did nothing but ignore and snarl rude comments towards the younger, hoping he would get the message and leave him alone. But Felix didn't budge, he kept on talking to him, kept on making him sweets and desserts. He didn't stop and Hyunjin was glad he didn't.

He got to learn about the younger, things that Felix didn't tell anyone and he frankly wasn't sure why he cared so much about the younger. It all changed when one night, both Hyunjin and Felix were on a mission together to get some information about a certain gang rival.

It was going smoothly; they got their information and nobody suspected them to be involved with Stray Kids. That is until someone outed them and they got ambushed by a group of people.

It was tough It was a whole on gun warfare when they got caught. Since it was just the two of them against 8 other people, the likely odds of them getting out of there alive was low. But Felix made it happen. He always did.

He waited for everyone to run out of bullets before standing up from their hiding spot and basically running into the chaos that was happening. Hyunjin thought he was crazy, and he was; he knocked the shit out of all the guys that were near him and the taller helped him by shooting the rest of the people that were reloading their guns.
