"So, we are all set for this coming week, right?" Chan asked the people that were gathered around the table, some busying themselves with the food while others nodded.

The semester holidays had just started and all of them had been planning on spending Christmas together. When everyone was in on this whole vacation, they all decided to spend it in Minho's cabin since it's the closest for any of them to go for snowboarding or skiing, and in Felix's case; ice skating as well.

"Yeah, I think we have everything we need," Minho said as he looked through the list, they did weeks ago on his phone. "Oh, we still haven't decided how to get there."

"Me, Seungmin, Jeongin, and Jisung are already planning to drive there together," Changbin replied as the mentioned three nodded their heads in agreement.

"Oh, then, if you're okay with it," Minho turned to look at Chan, "I can ride along with you."

"Oh, then maybe I can-"

Felix was immediately cut off by Jisung who was giving him a sly smirk, "I think Chan has enough people on board."

"What? No, I-"

Minho who was next to the older covered his mouth with his hand and smiled at the freckled boy as well. "Yeah, he doesn't," he said and then turned to look at the taller who sat just opposite of him, raising his eyebrows towards him, "but hey, Hyunjin can give you a ride!"

Felix felt his cheeks get warmed a bit and he could feel the other male looking at him. He turned away and started shooting daggers at his twin for putting him in a situation like this. It's not like he didn't like Hyunjin at all; it was because of the fact that he will be spending a few hours, alone, with the taller, who he likes; that was the problem.

Jisung and Minho know about his feelings for the taller and they have been trying to help him be set up with the other male; Felix was appreciative of it but he didn't know what exactly the taller felt about him. He didn't want to embarrass himself if the older got uncomfortable but his two friends were making it very difficult to escape that. He knew what they were trying to do and he is glad that they were trying to spark something up between them but if it got awkward, it would be better if nothing even happened in the first place.

He slowly looked up to face Hyunjin, "I mean...if you're okay with it..."

It took a few seconds for the taller to realize that Felix had spoken. He was too busy trying to process what exactly happened. Minho had basically indirectly told the freckled boy that he could carpool with Hyunjin, which he was happy to do; the only thing was that he would be spending the time alone with his crush.

A few hours without anyone but them was a dream come true and it would definitely help the taller gain confidence to try anything but there was always that lingering thought at the back of his head; what if Felix didn't like it?

The last thing he wanted to do was for the younger to not talk to him right after their Christmas together and he would surely be heartbroken if the freckled boy just completely ignored his existence once they were on the road. He didn't think he could handle any change of behavior from the other male and that was why he didn't have the courage to confess to him soon; he didn't want to lose the friendship as well.

"Hyunjin?"

The voice was enough for the taller to snap out of his thoughts and he realized that everyone was now looking at him. "Uh...yeah?" he finally replied, knowing that his answer would be a definite yes but the way he sounded made it seem like he was unsure with the whole thing.
