ever wondered why do we even judge people? it's been long I've stopped judging people because people might be not the way what we see or think about them. we only know a part and not the whole story of anyone. we only believe what our eyes see and what our ears hear but at times reality is far more behind it. that niqabi girl you think is pious might be more into the haraam stuff such as music, imagining about other na mehram men etc. that non hijabi girl you think is not a religious person might be struggling with her Tahajjud or Fajar prayers, she might be crying and asking forgiveness from Allah and you may not know about it. that boy who goes to mosque for prayers at day might be watching porn at night and you may not even know about it. might be his manners are not good with his parents, wive or sisters. he might be back biting and abusing with the same tongue he recites the Holy Quran. long story short, we judge people only on the basis of what we see but the truth is that there might be many hidden realities we cannot even imagine. Allah is the only one to decide who is a more religious person and who is not. But it clearly doesn't meant that one should stop doing hijab, niqab or stop offering prayers. it's just that refrain from labelling and gossiping about others. and even if we really care about others than it's high time that instead of judging people we should try to help, support and uplift them to become a better person and someone who is closer to Allah.
