"You look pale." Chenle's mother knitted her eyebrows as she was coming to the kitchen to put her bowl in the sink. After glancing at Chenle who was eating cereal, she was getting quite worried.

"Oh, I was just a little cold last night." Chenle lied.

She sighed then walked up to Chenle and lay her cold hand on Chenle's hot forehead.

"Are you feeling sick? You're forehead is really warm." Chenle's mother asked in worry as it was rare the boy would get sick but if he did, he would get sick terribly.

"N-No I'm fine." He tried to brush it off but from those eyes that his mother was still trying to get used to, he couldn't tell if Chenle was lying or not since she wasn't familiar which color was assigned to the emotion.

"O-Oh okay, well make sure you sleeping well and early. Tell me if you feel sick, even if it has to wake me up in the middle of the night, hm?"

Chenle nodded at his mother, before she could rub her thumb of Chenle's soft pale cheek then leave a small kiss on his forehead.

"Put the bowl in the sink when you're done eating, remember sleep early." She commanded at her son then left the kitchen back to her bedroom.

Chenle always felt grateful with his mother caring for him. At least he knows someone loves him.

He ate the last spoonful of his cereal then jumped off his stool to place in the sink, heading to his bedroom. He softly closed the door behind him and went over to his vanity to turn on his lamp and look at himself in the mirror.

His light coral eyes matched the color of his pale skin. He looked his reflection, feeling insecure. He didn't forget about that girl Jisung smiled with in the library.

That unpleasing memory was stuck in his head, he wondered if there was a way to remove it.
He didn't understand why it was always the bad memories he had to remember than the good ones.

He turned off the lamp and plopped into his head. He coughed, then sniffed as he covered himself with warm blankets he would usually would be hot after 10 minutes but this time..he was still cold.

"Chenle Yah! Oh.." Renjun smiled at Chenle then went expressionless when he saw how pale his best friend looked. He usually only looked pale when he was terribly sick, it worried him.

"Hey..are you okay?" Renjun extended his arms cupped  Chenle's white cheeks with his nose being a light pink.

"You look really sick, you should go home." Renjun suggested.

"No need, I'm fine—" soon after Chenle sneezed after making an excuse giving it away.

"Lele listen to me for once and really go home." Renjun was getting tired of his friend's excuses, Chenle was sick.

"Look, I'm fine..let's go to class before we're late." Chenle pushed away Renjun's hands away and walked away down the packed hallway, disappearing from the amount of students walking his way.

"I've noticed he's really stubborn." Jaemin put his arm around Renjun, who sighed and nodded his head.

"Sadly."

Meanwhile with Chenle he walked to his next period which was Physical Education (P.E). He at least sneezed and coughed once while going there, he caught some kids attention but he didn't give a crap and moved on.
