Part Twenty Nine

We were back on the road going home and I decided to tell the giant what happened between me and his mother.
Zano: "What? You said what woman?"
Me: "I said I would've dropped her if I had brought my gun with me."
Zano: "And she believed you?"
Me: "Yes. She was really scared." The giant burst out laughing. Like he was bellowing with laughter. Tears were even leaking out of his eyes. The giant had never laughed so hard to the point where his tears came out. So this was a first. I looked at him in surprise and then I couldn't help but join him. Now that I thought about the whole thing, it was funny as hell. And also the things I had said to Diana were classic as hell. Gosh!
Zano: "Woman you're crazy but I'm so damn proud of you right now. You have no idea." He said wiping his eyes.
Me: "I can't be weak anymore Zano. I'm going to be a mother soon. I need to become strong so that I can protect my baby." He grunted.
Zano: "I'll protect the both of you woman."
Me: "I know that. But you won't always be by my side Zano. Some fights I'll need to fight alone." He grunted.
Zano: "I don't want you fighting anything woman. Leave the fighting to me." I rolled my eyes.
Me: "Well tough I won't be able to. When the fight comes to me, I want to be ready for it next time. And not be like I was when that Ali..what what guy confronted me." He growled.
Zano: "Don't worry about him. He's dead now."
Me: "I know. I'm not worried about him. I'm just worried about your other enemies honey. They'll come for us. Me and the baby. I need to be ready. I can't cower anymore. I don't want to."
Zano: "Nobody touches you woman-."
Me: "I know honey. I just don't want your enemies to think I'm an easy target. So when our child is born, we need to work on getting me a license for a gun." He grunted and sighed.
Zano: "Okay woman. Even though I don't like it since I don't want any of this touching you, I get your point."
Me: "Don't worry I won't go rogue and use the gun on you." I joked. He chuckled.
Zano: "It would be sexy as fuck if you did woman." Oh gosh! ... "you would be the only one to come out of it alive because nobody uses a gun on me and lives to tell the tale." Wow! They way he said it was just so macho and sexy. Oh my gosh! I'm sick people. How could I get aroused by this? I was going to hell.
Me: "Wow." I whispered licking my lips. The giant chuckled and I blushed.
Zano: "While you still carrying my baby in you woman, let your man do all the protecting." He said seriously after a short while... "you hear?" I sighed. Okay, it made sense.
Me: "Okay." I conceded.
Zano: "All you need to do is to take care of yourself and our precious cargo inside you..." He touched my stomach... "and I'll protect you both from the bastards who think they can take you away from me."
Me: "Okay honey. Call." He laughed.
Zano: "Did you just say 'Call' woman?" He asked a little surprised.
Me: "Yes. Did I use it wrong?" He shook his head.
Zano: "Not at all. I'm just surprised you know when to say it."
Me: "Well, I always hear it from you and your friends when you make bets and deals." He looked at me briefly impressed. I smiled. I liked impressing the giant. A lot. It was rare thing to impress him, so when I did, I got really happy.
Zano: "Okay woman. Call." Our deal was set in place.
Me: "I've been meaning to ask you. Can you also speak Russian?" I asked him after a long while.
Zano: "Yes." Oh wow!
Me: "Really?" I turned to look at him.
Zano: "Yes woman."
Me: "Say something to me in Russian then." He grunted.
Zano: "Don't want to."
Me: "Oh come on! Please." I whined grabbing his arm. He grunted... "please please pleeeeaaassse!" I begged.
Zano: "YA lyublyu tebya vsem, chto ya moya krasivaya zhenshchina. Ty svet v moy tunnel'." I squealed crazily.
Me: "Oh my gosh! That's so cool!" He rolled his eyes at me... "so tell me tell me what you said in English."
Zano: "Not telling."
Me: "Oh why?" I cried. He chuckled.
Zano: "Find it out yourself woman."
Me: "How can I when I don't even know and remember what you said."
Zano: "Then I guess you'll never know." Argh! He's so frustrating!
Me: "You suck." I told him pouting.
Zano: "Don't care." I released a frustrated cry and folded my arms. He chortled. Mxm!
Me: "At least write it down for me."
Zano: "We'll see."
