Chanwoo's POV

I was looking out of the car window as we were driving out of our territory. I never really left it, it's weird.

My parents told me they decided to marry me to the omega son of the pack near us.

My dad said he agreed on that with his dad to prevent a pack war and also expand our territory. I wasn't exactly happy about it but I didn't argue. My dad is a great leader and I trust him.

Now I was more nervous about meeting this omega. I don't know how to take care of an omega.
Mom told me I'll be okay since dad trained me well, but I'm still nervous.
I actually called two of my alpha friends from another pack to ask them to help me how I'm supposed to act with an omega.

I definitely don't want to hurt him.

I held tighter onto the small box I was holding. Mom suggested that I buy him something nice, so I bought him a bracelet. I hope he'd like it. Because I had no idea what to get.

"Remember what we talked about?" My dad asked, and I looked at him a bit surprised.
I was so deep in my thoughts that I forgot about him.

"Y-Yes." I nodded. "To show respect to their leader since we're guests in their territory. To make clear eye contact when I'm being addressed to, and to hand his son the gift after greeting him. Not to growl, not to cause trouble, and not to get into unnecessary fights."

My dad nodded, looking satisfied. "I don't need to explain how important this is, right?"

I shook my head.
We're going to expand our territory. Ours was smaller compared to theirs, that's why it's so important.

"I'll be doing my best dad. I promise."

"I know you would."

Mom turned her head to look at me, smiling. "I'm so proud of you. You'll be an amazing leader someday. And I'm sure you'll make any omega really happy."

I'm not even sure about it.
Honestly, I was feeling nauseous. But I can't disappoint my dad. I'm his only son. And because I'm an alpha, it's my job to look after our pack after him.

"I... I really hope so, mom..." I said, trying to calm myself.

I can do it. I'm sure I can.

I can't do that.
We didn't get out of the car yet, but I could already tell I won't be able to even if I wanted. I never felt this nervous before.

"Chan, c'mon." Mom looked at me. "Let's go and greet them. They're waiting."

Is it too late to say I'm not doing it? It probably is, unless I want dad to growl at me.

I took a deep breath and got out of the car, looking at the house in front of us. It looked more like a mansion than a house.
Well... Obviously, they can afford it.

I followed my parents as we made our way to the door and knocked. Not even a second later it opened and we were led in.

"Thank you for accepting us into your territory." My dad thanked the alpha who clearly was the pack leader.
My mom and I bowed slightly as well.

I made sure to keep my look a bit lower, worried I might get even more nervous than I already am. I can't mess it up.

"That's my wife, and my son, Chanwoo."

"It's nice to meet you, sir," I said, hoping I didn't sound nervous.

He looked at me, and I did my best to keep eye contact with him like dad told me.
Eventually, he nodded, shaking my hand.
