Chapter 14

Yunhyeong's POV

I hummed as I opened my eyes, I felt so comfortable...
I looked at the shirtless alpha who was sitting on my bed, looking through his phone.

"Chan..."

He lifted his look to look at me, smiling softly as he brushed my hair away from my forehead.

"Good morning love... did you sleep well?" He asked me softly and I got closer to him, wrapping my arm around his waist as I rested my head against his chest.

"Thank you for helping me, it made it so much more bearable."
Although it's been a couple of months since we fixed things between us, it didn't feel like it.

When Chanwoo was away, time moved really slowly. But whenever he came to visit, it seems like it moved too fast. He'd only show up and he'd need to leave already.

So because we've been dating for enough time at this point, I managed to convince my dad to let Chanwoo help me on my heat this time, after convincing my alpha who was just as stubborn as my dad.

"I'm glad," he said, gently stroking my cheek. "I don't want my adorable omega to suffer. And thank god your dad let me or I probably wouldn't survive it."

"My dad can't prevent me from having my mate over to help." I rolled my eyes.

Though my dad because a lot more protective of me after my fight with Chanwoo. And I can understand why. He's a worried alpha dad.

I rested my head on Chanwoo's chest before lifting my head to nuzzle his neck. "You're really the best... What would I do without you..."

He smiled, kissing me softly. "I'm so happy you think so..."

"That you're amazing?"

"I wasn't exactly making things easy for you." Chanwoo sighed softly. "I told you I'm going to try and be better."

"You are... Don't worry."

He smiled, kissing me again as he gently cupped my face, slowly moving his hands down to my shoulders.
"My beautiful omega..." He mumbled softly against my lips before kissing me again.

I smiled softly, leaning to kiss him again before hugging him tighter. "How about we take a bath...?" I suggested. "And go out on a date?"

"Sounds like a plan," He hummed, kissing me again before getting off the bed and wearing back his boxers.

I couldn't help but look at him. My alpha is really handsome and strong...
He's amazing and I can't believe I have a mate who loves me and cares for me so much.

He opened my closet, taking out one of my robes, putting it on the bed.

"Thank you." I smiled.

"I'm going to prepare the bath."

"I'll be there soon," I promised, watching him as he walked away. He really is so strong...

I got out of the bed, wearing the robe over myself as I looked in the mirror in my room just to see all the purple hickeys and bruises I was covered with.

Turns out alphas can be quite aggressive with an omega on heat, but not in a dangerous way, obviously.

He still made me feel really good.
I was nervous about having him help me. It was the first time for us and I was scared he wouldn't be attracted to me. Even if he's my mate.

But Chanwoo seemed like he wants to make sure I won't forget who my alpha is.
        
            
"Chan..." I said softly when I walked into the bathroom, seeing the bath was ready.

"Yunhyeongie," Chanwoo smiled at me. "Are you okay?"

"I'm perfect." I hummed. "But I'm sore..."

His expression changed to worried.
"My poor Yunhyeongie... I'll give you a massage after the bath..." he said softly as he wrapped his arms around my waist, kissing me softly.

I felt his hands slowly moving over my waist, untying my robe. Such an impatient alpha.
But I'm not blaming him. I'm an impatient omega as well. Our relationship develops so slowly and although it's my fault... it still frustrates me.

I didn't want Chanwoo at first. At all. I was still getting over my heartbreak and I was angry with my dad for setting me up with a stranger.

But looking at Chanwoo now...The look he had as he looked back at me...
I never thought an alpha would look at me the way he does. Chanwoo had so much affection and admiration in his look...

Even more than he usually has.

"I'm really lucky to have such a stunning omega..." He gently moved his fingers over my marks and bruises. "I'm sorry if I hurt you..."

I shook my head.
"I'm fine, it didn't hurt at all," I promised, kissing him softly.
I put my robe away and Chanwoo took off his boxers, gently taking my hand as led me to the bath.

We both got in and he made sure I'm comfortable against him. I sighed softly as I held his hands which were around my waist.
This wasn't an easy week. But it's finally behind us. And since our relationship is going well, we should start planning our wedding soon.

"When will we finally live together...?" I asked him softly, moving one of my hands over his arm. "It's taking so long..."

I miss Chanwoo like crazy when he's away, and I can't go to his place alone.

"I know, I know. But it's only because I caused too many problems." Chanwoo said before sighing. "How about... In two months?"

"Chan..." I whined.

"Too soon?"

"Too long!"

"Yunhyeongie..."

"I'll cry to dad it's taking too long," I whined. I really want to have my alpha close to me.
Donghyuk gets to cross the border to meet Minho. Chanwoo is technically my fiance and I can't see him as often as I'd like.

"Your dad will kill me."

"Then I want to move next month."

"Yunhyeongie, there's so much to plan... and I need to rearrange my room for you and-"

"Next month Chan. I can't keep going like this, always waiting for you to visit. I want to see you every day."

"But we-"

"I see I need to explain myself to every alpha." I looked at him. "Either we're moving together next month, or you're going to look for another omega."

"You're cruel to your poor mate," Chanwoo said, looking back at me for a while before sighing and holding me closer to himself. "I'll... talk with my dad. Maybe we'll come up with some kind of a solution."

"You're the best," I said cheerfully, kissing him.
I can wait a month. I will try to wait two months if I won't have any other choice. But I definitely won't be able to wait any longer than that.
