Yunhyeong's POV

I was looking at myself in the big mirror as a few stylists were fixing my hair and outfit.

"Yunhyeongie!" I looked through the mirror, seeing Jinhwan and Jiwon entering the room.

"Hey..." I smiled.

"God, you look beautiful." Jinhwan said. "I hope for Chanwoo he knows he's marrying such a beautiful omega."

"Such a nervous omega." I said, taking a deep breath. "I'm... Really nervous. And scared and... What if he doesn't want to marry me?"

"Bullshit." Jiwon said as he sat down on the couch. "He's totally whipped for you."

"June told me he's nervous too. So you're both a nervous couple."

"I think the outfit is too tight, I can't breathe."

"It's completely fine. You're panicking."

"Then I'm panicking." I said, pressing a hand against my chest, suddenly feeling a lack of air.

"I'm panicking, and I don't like it. Please stop..." I told the stylists.

They stopped and Jinhwan held me.
"Yunhyeong, take a deep breath and calm down. Your alpha loves you and is waiting to marry you. He's not going to run away."

"I'm just... I'm worried. I want to marry him so badly, but I can't help it!" I whined. "I enjoy living with him. But it's not the same! It's... it's... I always imagined my wedding differently. I delayed it so much so I can't accept it's happening."

"Yunhyeong, snap out of it! Your alpha is waiting to see you. Calm down and let the stylists finish their job on you."

"Don't yell at me!" I argued, sitting down for a second to try and calm myself.

Chanwoo and I were talking about marriage a lot. I really was excited about our wedding. I wanted to marry him.

But, fuck...
I'm going to marry him. For real this time.
The wedding isn't going to get delayed anymore.

"I think I'm going to throw up..."

"No. No throwing up. Calm down. Think how lucky you are. Junhoe didn't even proposed to me yet!"

"Yunhyeong got engaged because of arranged marriage." Jiwon noted.

"Yeah, but he loves the guy."

"The first thing he ever told Chanwoo was that he loves someone else." Jiwon sighed, gently rubbing my back.

"It's normal to get nervous. Jay has no idea what he's talking about. But he's right, you need to calm down. You've waited for it for so long."

I shook my head. "I was the one who always delayed it... God, I can't do this..."

"You can. Think about Chanwoo who's waiting to see you."

"This isn't helping!" I whined.

"You're making a big deal out of it. It's your wedding. You should be happy to marry your mate."

"I am... But I... I need some air..."
I think if I had to marry Chanwoo the time our parents planned us to, I'd have tried to run away.

And even now that doesn't sound like a bad option.

I have nothing against Chanwoo. It's just... Everything about today is making me nervous.

"You can't go out right now, you aren't dressed properly. Yunhyeongie, try thinking about tonight instead, having a sweet and romantic night with your husband. You'll finally have a bond mark. In the last month you kept checking your neck, whining how much you want it."
