Chapter 11

Chanwoo's POV

"I can't believe you're dragging us into this," Hanbin complained as we were walking in the street back to my place after meeting them in the train station.

"Don't complain. You really could use an omega to take care of you." I said.

"I don't want an omega." He whined. Seriously, is this guy an alpha?

"I wouldn't mind meeting an omega," Junhoe said.

"Omegas literally get all over you in your own territory. Why would you want an omega from a different territory?" Hanbin rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, but the ones I met so far don't... I'll sound rude if I'll say they don't interest me."

"Really rude." I nodded. "They're going to have an alpha friend with them, so don't start a fight." I noted, taking out my phone.

Yunhyeong texted me they're close. Which is good. But I looked for Minho's contact to tell him to meet us.
Just for this, I don't mind him crossing our border. He and his mate are going to have their own meeting, but because Yunhyeong needs someone to look after him, he can't be too far.

"Wait, are you actually texting with Minho?" Junhoe asked me surprised.

"Long story, trust me." I sighed deeply.
Minho used to be part of our pack when I was younger, we even got along. But then he decided our pack doesn't interest him and left.

Now he simply tries to annoy me whenever he can.

"He's not going to join our meeting, is he?" Junhoe asked annoyed.

"He'll be in the area. Just ignore him and focus on finding an omega. We're going to meet them now, so calm yourself."

Junhoe crossed his arms, clearly not pleased.

   
     
     
"Chan!" Yunhyeong said cheerfully, hugging me tightly when he noticed me. "I missed you..."

I hugged him back, kissing him.
"I missed you too Yunhyeongie..." I mumbled and kissed him again before looking at the people behind him. Donghyuk I recognized, but it's the first time I'm seeing his omega friends.

"Mind introducing us?" I asked, and Yunhyeong nodded.

"You know Donghyuk. The one next to him is Jiwon, and the shorter one is Jinhwan." Yunhyeong said.
The omegas waved at us. Donghyuk looked like he doesn't want to be here.

"This is Chan," Yunhyeong said excitedly to his friends.

"I already had the pleasure of meeting him." Donghyuk rolled his eyes.

"His photos don't really do justice to him." Jinhwan hummed. "I told you he's more handsome than Donghyuk."

"Shut up, shortie."

"Uh... Thanks...?" I asked unsurely.

"He's really handsome." Yunhyeong hummed, nuzzling my neck.
I turned to look at Junhoe and Hanbin to introduce them, noticing Junhoe was looking at Jinhwan.
Guess he has an omega who interests him.

"Well, those are Hanbin, and Junhoe is the tall and scary looking one," I said.

Junhoe's eyes didn't move from Jinhwan, and when I looked back, it seems like Jinhwan was looking right back at him.
I guess today's meeting is going to be interesting.

I suddenly noticed the omegas tensed, especially Yunhyeong who was holding me tighter.

"Aren't you forgetting someone?"

I rolled my eyes. "You don't need an introduction, Minho. He already knows you."

"Sadly." Donghyuk sighed annoyed. "Control your damn pheromones, you're scaring the poor omegas."

"Didn't mean to scare your little omega and his friends."

"Can you stop being an ass for two seconds?"

"Clearly he can't." I groaned.

"Now don't give me this look, I'm not here to start a fight," Minho said, looking at Junhoe who I now noticed was growling. "I just came for this gorgeous guy here."

"God... Shut up..." Donghyuk shook his head, walking in his direction. "I'll keep him away, let the poor omegas calm. Let's go, you dick." He pulled Minho further from us.

"Chan, he's really scary..." Yunhyeong whined, hugging me tighter. "Protect me..."

"It's okay..." I held him closer to myself. "He's simply a jerk..."

"A jerk doesn't describe him..." The shorter one, Jinhwan, said. "The vibe he gives... he's a really dominant alpha... That's actually scary."

"And Donghyuk is his mate...? I suddenly feel sorry for him."

"Me too..."

"Well," I said as I lifted Yunhyeong to carry him. "forget about this asshole and let's get inside my house. We can all be in the garden."

Yunhyeong nodded, getting comfortable against me as I carried him while the other four followed us.
I never wanted Minho anywhere near my place for that exact reason. I hope his pack would behave while he's away.

We all walked to the big garden and sat down on the grass. It didn't seem Yunhyeong wanted me to let him go so I continued holding him.

Junhoe and Jinhwan were looking at each other again, not saying a single word. But you could easily notice there's something going on between them.

"Oh for fuck's sake! Talk already!" Hanbin and Jiwon said together.

Jinhwan looked unsure, biting his lower lip before getting up. "Then move."

Hanbin looked at him a bit surprised before sighing and getting up from his spot next to Junhoe, switching with the omega.

"Seriously, you two have been eating each other with your eyes since you met," Jiwon noted, shaking his head.
Jinhwan and Junhoe kept looking at each other, and for some unsettling reason, it felt like they're having their own private conversation just by doing that.

"I think Jay likes him..." Yunhyeong hummed.

"I think Jay already planned their wedding." Jiwon sighed.

They suddenly both got up, walking away from us as they started to talk. Well, that was fast.

"Hanbin." I looked at the alpha, gesturing him to talk with Jiwon. He looked uneasy but sighed.
I know he doesn't want an omega, but he should at least try.

"So... Uh... Jiwon, right?"

The omega jumped surprised before looking at Hanbin, nodding. "Ye-Yeah. Hanbin...?"

"Yeah..."

Yunhyeong chuckled. "They're so awkward..." He said quietly to me. "Hanbin, Chan told me you practice music in your free time. Well, Jiwon is really good at that."

"Really...?"

"I... I'm okay I guess..." Jiwon messed his hair and the two started having a really nervous conversation about music.

"Let's leave them alone and go to my room?" I asked him.

"Yes!" He said in excitement. "I never was there before."

I got up, lifting him with me as I carried him back in. I only wonder where Junhoe already ran to with the omega. And where on earth Minho is.
I told him he can walk in if he must, but he's allowed to stay only in the living room and kitchen.
